弟から、レトルトカレーの差し入れです。(^^)
My brother gave me a retort curry.
石川県発祥の「ゴーゴーカレー」です。
"Go Go Curry" originated in Ishikawa Prefecture.
２袋、あります。(^^)
There are 2 bags.
ご飯は、秋田県産のあきたこまちにしました。
For the rice, I chose Akitakomachi rice from Akita Prefecture.
実は、炊飯器には、ご飯を「カレーモード」で炊く機能があります。
Actually, rice cookers have a function to cook rice in "curry mode".
水は、通常より、ちょっと少なめに入れますよ。
Add a little less water than usual.
このように、お好み炊きで、「カレー」を選択しました。
In this way, I chose ''curry'' based on my preferred cooking method.
ご飯が炊き上がりましたよ。(^^)
The rice is cooked.
私は、湯煎することを選びました。
I chose to boil it in hot water.
さあ、食べましょう！

・・・うん、カレーは濃厚な味わいで、スパイスがよく効いています。

ご飯も、口の中でパラパラとほぐれ、実にカレーとよく合っていますね。(^^)
