It is a gift from my younger brother.
さて、何でしょう？
What is it ?
ビールでした。(^^)
It was beer.
でも、ただのビールではありません。
But it's not just beer.
東京薬科大学に生育する『やまもも』から単離培養した酵母で醸造されています。
It is brewed with yeast isolated and cultivated from "Yamamomo" that grows at Tokyo University of Pharmacy.
八王子産のやまぶどうやブルーベリーと発酵し、フルーティーに仕上がっているとのこと。
It is said that it is fermented with mountain grapes and blueberries from Hachioji to make it fruity.
さっそく、飲みました。
I drank it right away.
酵母によるものなのか、加えられているやまぶどうやブルーベリーによるものなのか、
「木の香り」がしました。
There was a "woody scent", whether it was due to yeast or the added mountain grapes and blueberries.
不思議な味わいでしたが、とても飲みやすく、美味しかったです。(^^)
It tasted strange, but it was very easy to drink and delicious.

こちらも差し入れ。

「島とうがらし シークワーサーぽん酢」です。
It is "Island red pepper shikuwasa ponzu".
サラダなどを食べる時に使おうと思っています。(^^)
