I got a gift from my younger brother.
こちらは、「高尾ビール」です。(^^)
This is "Takao Beer".
こちらは、昨日（５月４日）、弟の注文で、小樽からクール宅配便で届きました。
This was delivered by cool courier from Otaru yesterday (May 4th) at the order of my younger brother.
さて、何でしょう？
What is it ?
実は、チーズケーキです。
Actually, this is cheesecake.
この日は、新鮮さを保つために、冷凍保存しました。
On this day, I kept it frozen to keep it fresh.
そして、今日（５月５日）、冷蔵室へ移し、８時間かけて解凍しました。
And today (May 5th), I moved it to the refrigerator and thawed it for 8 hours.
美味しそうですね。
It looks delicious.
実際、甘すぎず、チーズの味わいが豊かで、とても美味しかったです。(^^)
In fact, it wasn't too sweet, the cheese tasted rich and it was very delicious.
