The Most Considerate Thing in the World

Good morning.
昨日、早くに寝落ちしてしまい、午前４時半頃、目を覚ましました。(^^ゞ
I fell asleep early yesterday and woke up around 4:30am.
本文 Body Text
傷心して落ち込んでいた私を、弟が心配し、外に連れ出してくれました。
I was heartbroken and depressed, but my younger brother was worried about me and took me outside.
こちらのラーメン屋さんで、夕食を取ることにしました。
We decided to have dinner at this ramen shop.
この日は、「天下一品祭り」でした。(^^)
This day was the Tenkaippin Festival.
まずは、ビールで乾杯！
First of all, let's toast with beer!
「わ～い
ちゃーはんだ～
（炒飯だ～♪）」
“Wow, it’s fried rice♪”
この炒飯、心にしみるほど、美味しかったですよ。(^^)
This fried rice was heart-wrenchingly delicious.
続いて、ラーメン。
Next, ramen.
汁がカルボナーラのように濃厚で、こってりしており、美味しかったです。(^^)
The soup was rich like carbonara, and it was delicious.
双方とも、完食。
Both were completely eaten.
デザートは、「こってり杏仁」。
Dessert is ''Rich Almond Tofu.''
とても濃厚な味わいで、締めにはぴったりのデザートでした。(^^)
It had a very rich flavor and was the perfect dessert to end the meal.
どうやら、私は季節の変わり目には精神が不安定で、加えて、寒暖差疲労のせいで身体にもダメージを受けていました。
Apparently, I was mentally unstable during the change of seasons, and on top of that, my body was also suffering from fatigue due to the difference in temperature.
そうした私を、弟は元気づけてくれたのです。
My younger brother encouraged me.
まさに、天下一品の思いやりですね。(^^)
That's truly the most considerate thing in the world.
