高幡不動で会食した日（１１月１６日）、弟が差し入れしたり、買ってくれたものです。(^^)
On the day we had dinner at Takahata Fudo (November 16th), my younger brother gave it to me and bought it for me.
ミックスナッツです。
It's mixed nuts.
素焼きで、食塩不使用。
Unglazed and salt-free.
身体に良いですね。(^^)
It's good for everyone's body.
八王子はちみつのど飴。
Hachioji honey throat candy.
「メイド・イン・八王子」です。(^^)
This is "Made in Hachioji".
マルチビタミン剤です。
It's a multivitamin.
ビタミン１２種類とミネラル７種類が摂取可能。(^^)
Contains 12 vitamins and 7 minerals.
これ以降は、会食の後、スーパーに寄って、弟が買ってくれたもの。
After this, after dinner, we stopped by the supermarket and my brother bought it.
「美酢（ミチョ）」のパイナップルです。(^^)
It is a pineapple of "Micho".
みかん。
Mandarin orange.
毎日、果物は取っているので、助かります。(^^)
I take fruits every day, so that helps.
緑茶の「掛川茶」。
Green tea "Kakegawa tea".
お茶は毎日、飲んでいるので、これも助かります。
I drink tea every day, so this helps too.
