クプアスに続き、こちらもアマゾンフルーツです。
クプアスと同じくフレッシュが手に入らないのでピューレを使います。

カシュ―フルーツ又はカシュ―アップルと呼ばれます。
味は独特なマンゴーっぽい濃厚な味わい‥

このフルーツを知らなくてもこのフルーツの種子は皆様ご存知だと思います。そう、カシューナッツです。
ちなみにカシューナッツは高温加熱して解毒しないと食べれないそうです。

カシューフルーツには非常にたくさんのビタミンCがあり、複数の医薬用途があります。また黄色や赤色のカシューアップルは、「記憶の果実」と呼ばれるほど脳を強化します

バチーダはブラジルのカクテル。
例外はありますが、主にカシャッサとコンデンスミルクで作られます。

年に１度の白生チョコができました。
今年も変わらずジン、コアントロー、レモンリキュールで作るホワイトレディ仕立てです。

さて、異国のお客様に「ウオッカ、ダブルのスクリュードライバーをください」と頼まれ、
「それ、どこかで流行ってるんですか？」と聞いたら、
「知らないの？イギリスで流行ってるんだよ」。
「え、ほんとですか？」
「そんなわけないじゃん」

‥そうでしょうね(笑)
けどこうやって間違って伝わってできたカクテルとかもありそうだよなと思った水曜日もお願いいたします。

本日は第４水曜日なので勿論営業いたします。

「スプリッツ」

イタリアにはアペリティーボという、夕食の前に、

仲間同士集まって食前酒を飲む習慣があります。

（アペリティーボ自体’食前酒’という意味）

ドリンク代金を払えば、カウンターに並ぶ軽食も

食べ放題だそうで。

そこで多くの方が飲まれるのがこのカクテル。

スプリッツの発祥はオーストリアの【スプリッツァー（白ワインの炭酸水割）】から来ていると言われており、ヴェネト州は一時期オーストリアの支配下であった事から

この飲み物が伝わったとされている。

最初はアルコール度数の高いヴェネトのワインを薄めるのが目的で、当時のその呼び名はドイツ語で【スプリッツェン spritzen】。それはイタリア語でいう【スプルッツァーレ

spruzzare＝霧をふきかける、しぶきを飛ばす】という意味。

スプリッツのレシピは町によって様々なようですが、

白ワイン（地域によってはスプマンテ）と炭酸だけでなくアペロール（カンパリを使うことも）を入れます。それとオレンジスライス。

グラスもタンブラーだったり、ロックグラスだったり、

ワイングラスだったり。

ヴェネトでは竹串にオリーブを刺してを入れたスタイルもあるそうです。

当店はアペロールとカンパリの併用で白ワイン、炭酸、オリーブ、オレンジで作ります。

「メスカティー二」

メスカルマティーニ＝メスカティー二。

「見立て×カクテル」のイベント中に「メスカルのマティーニが美味しかった」と言われるお客様がいたのでトライしてみました。

試行錯誤の結果、デルンベスオアハカ、サンルイポトシ、ノイリードライ、マルティニドライというレシピに仕上がりました。器はメスカルを飲むための器のヒカラというものを使用しています。

練習していくうちに「これは絶対ダーティ―マティーニだなぁ」と思ったので多分そのうちやります。

"Mezcatini"

Mezcal Martini =Mezcatini.

Durante el evento "mitate × Cocktail", traté de probar porque había un cliente que dijo "el martini de Mascal era delicioso".

Como resultado de la prueba y error, se terminó en una receta llamada Dern Bess Oaxaca, San Luis Potosí, Neiley Dry, Martini Dry. Uso el hikara del recipiente para beber Mezcal.

Mientras practicaba, pensé que 'Esto está absolutamente sucio, martini', así que lo haré probablemente.

"Mezcatini"
