「オルチャタとシナモンラムのカクテル」

スペイン・バレンシア地方の夏の飲物「オルチャタ」。

チュファ（もしくはタイガーナッツ）というカヤツリグサの塊根、水、砂糖で作られる。

味はどことなく豆乳っぽい…かな？

現地ではファルトンという甘めのパンをオルチャタに浸して食べるんだそうです。

オルチャタは元々は大麦を原料とした飲料だったらしく、

それがその後ヨーロッパで独自の変化を遂げていったようです。

イギリスではアーモンドを原料に、メキシコでは米を原料にしたオルチャタがあるそうな。

その他エルサルバドル、ニカラグア、ホンジュラス、コスタリカ、キューバでも独自のオルチャタがあるそうです。

今月のお休みを使ってメキシコのオルチャタが飲める店に行きましたがまさかの売り切れ！！( *´艸｀)

さて、オルチャタにはシナモン等のスパイスを合わせて飲む飲み方もあるそうなので、自家製シナモンラムと合わせてみました。葉巻にも合うと思います。是非ご賞味ください

ボトルデザインの変わったタベルネロが入荷。

随分ポップなデザインになったなと。

ペルーのピスコは大きく芳香品種と非芳香品種（これらを混ぜたアチョラドというものもある）に分けられます。

これは芳香品種の代表的なイタリアと非芳香品種の代表的なケブランタです。

イタリアは名前の通りイタリアから流れてきたブドウ品種。

ケブランタはスペインから流れてきたブドウがペルーで独自の変化を経たペルーの代表的なブドウ品種。

とりあえず入荷したけどまだこれでカクテルは作れません((+_+))タベルネロは何が合うんだろうなー(;^ω^)

Pensé que se convirtió en diseño pop considerablemente.

El Pisco en Perú se divide en gran parte en variedades fragantes y fragmentos no aromáticos (algunos de los cuales se mezclan con Achorado).

Esto es típico de los fragmentos italia y no aromáticos de la fragante variedad Typhoon Québuranta.

Italia es una variedad de uva que fluyó desde Italia como su nombre indica.

Québranta son las variedades de uva típicas del Perú donde las uvas que fluían desde España habían experimentado cambios únicos en el Perú.
