To whom shall I speak and testify, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they can't listen: behold, the word of the LORD is become to them a reproach; they have no delight in it.
イザヤ書6章/Isaiah 6:9
9)すると仰せられた。「行って、この民に言え。『聞き続けよ。だが悟るな。見続けよ。だが知るな。』
He said, "Go, and tell people, 'You hear indeed, But don't understand; And you see indeed, But don't perceive.'
Make the heart of this people fat; Make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; Lest they see with their eyes, And hear with their ears, And understand with their heart, And turn again, and be healed."
If there are yet a tenth in it, it also shall in turn be eaten up: As a terbinth, and as an oak, whose stock remains, when they are felled; So the holy seed its stock."
Remember also your Creator in the days of your youth, Before the evil days come, and the years draw near, When you will say, "I have no pleasure in them;"
In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, And the strong men shall bow themselves, And the grinders cease because they are few, And those who look out of the windows are darkened,
And the doors shall be shut in the street; When the sound of the grinding is low, And one shall rise up at the voice of a bird, And all the daughters of music shall be brought low;
Yes, they shall be afraid of height, And terrors will be in the way; And the almond tree shall blossom, And the khagav shall be a burden, And desire shall fail; Because man goes to his everlasting home, And the mourners go about the streets:
6)こうしてついに、銀のひもは切れ、金の器は打ち砕かれ、滑車が井戸のそばでこわされる。
Before the silver cord is severed, Or the golden bowl is broken, Or the pitcher is broken at the spring, Or the wheel broken at the cistern,
7)ちり(肉体)はもとあった地に帰り、霊はこれを下さった神に帰る(ルカ23:46、使徒7:59)。
And the dust returns to the eretz as it was, And the spirit returns to God who gave it (Luke 23:46, Acts 7:59).
The words of the wise are like goads (Acts 2:37); and like nails well fastened are words from the masters of a asemblies,which are given from one shepherd (Christ the Lord God).
Since you have purified your souls by obedience to the truth so that you have a genuine love for your brothers, love one another deeply, from a pure heart.
But I tell you the truth, it is for your benefit that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.
8)その方が来ると、罪について、義について、さばきについて、世にその誤りを認めさせます。
And when He comes, He will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment:
9)罪についてというのは、彼らがわたしを信じないからです。
In regard to sin, because they do not believe in Me;
10)また、義についてとは、わたしが父のもとに行き、あなたがたがもはやわたしを見なくなるからです。
In regard to righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will no longer see Me;
11)さばきについてとは、この世を支配する者がさばかれたからです。
And in regard to judgment, because the prince of this world has been condemned.
However, when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. For He will not speak on His own, but He will speak what He hears (from Christ the God), and He will declare to you what is to come.
After His suffering, He presented Himself to them with many convicting proofs that He was alive. He appeared to them over a span of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God.
And while they were gathered together, He commanded them: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift the Father promised, which you have heard Me discuss.
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit (the life-giving Spirit) comes upon you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judah and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
9)こう言ってから、イエスは彼らが見ている間に上げられ、雲に包まれて、見えなくなられた。
After He had said this, they watched as He was taken up, and a cloud hid Him their sight.
10)イエスが上って行かれるとき、見よ、白い衣を着た人がふたり、彼らのそばに立っていた。
They were looking intently into the sky as he was going, when suddenlu two men dressed in white stood beside them.
"Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into heaven."
And said the Lord, Who then is the faithful manager [and] the wise, whom will set the master over the care [of servants] of him, to give [them] in season the measure of food?
43)主人が帰って来たときに、そのようにしているのを見られるしもべは幸いです。
Blessed [is] the servant that whom having come the master of him will find doing thus.
16)彼女は畑をよく調べて、それを手に入れ、自分がかせいで、ぶどう畑を作り、
She considers a field, and buys it. With the fruit of her hands, she plants a vineyard.
17)腰に帯を強く引き締め、勇ましく腕をふるまう。
She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengthenth her arms.
エペソ6章/Ephesians 6
14)では、しっかりと立ちなさい。腰には真理の帯を締め、胸には正義の胸当てを着け、
Stand therefore, having girded the loins of you with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15)足には平和の福音の備えをはきなさい。
And having shod the feet with [the] readiness of the gospel of peace.
18)彼女は収入がよいのを味わい、そのともしびは夜になっても消えない。
She perceives that her merchandise is profitable. Her lamp doesn't go out by night.
19)彼女は糸取り棒に手を差し伸べ、手に糸巻きをつかむ。
She lays her hands to the distaff, And her hands hold the spindle.
20)彼女は悩んでいる人に手を差し出し、貧しい者に手を差し伸べる。
She opens her arms to the poor, Yes, she extends her hands to the needy.
The [one] stealing, no longer let him steal; rather however let him toil, working with the own hands what [is] good, so that he may have [something] to impart to the [one] need having.
21)彼女は家の者のために雪を恐れない。家の者はみな、あわせの着物(緋の衣)を着ている。
She is not afraid of the snow for her household; For all her household are clothed with scarlet.
22)彼女は自分のための敷き物を作り、彼女の着物は亜麻布と紫色のより糸でできている。
She makes for herself carpets of tapestry. Her clothing is fine linen and purple.
Who has ascended up into heaven, and descended? (And no one has gone up into heaven if not the [One] out of heaven having come down, the son of Man. Who is in heaven. John 3:13) Who has gathered the wind in his first? Who has established all the ends of the eretz? What is his name, and what is his son's name, if you know? (And the eyes of Him [are] like a flame of fire, and upon the head of Him royal crowns many, having a name having been written, which no one knows, if not He Himself and having been clothed with a garment having been dipped in blood. And is called the name of Him, the Word of God. Revelation 19:12-13)
5)神のことばは、すべて純粋(完璧)。神は拠り頼む者の盾。
Every word of God is flawless. He is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
Remove far from me falsehood and lies. Give me neither poverty nor riches. Feed me with the food that is needful for me;(The bread of us daily grant us today. Matthew 6:11)
There is a generation that is pure in their own eyes, Yet are not washed from their filthiness.(The Pharisee, having stood thus toward himself was praying, God, I thank You that not I am like the rest of the men seindlers, unrighteous, adulteres or even like this tax collector. Luke 18:11)
13)なんとも、その目が高く、まぶたが上がっている世代。
There is a generation, oh how lofty are their eyes! Their eyelids are lifted up.
14)歯が剣のようで、きばが刀のような世代。彼らは地の苦しむ者を、人のうちの貧しい者を食い尽くす。
There is a generation shose teeth are like swords, And their jaws like knives, To devour the poor from the eretz, and the needy from among men.
The eye that mocks at his father, And scorns obedience to his mother: The ravens of the Valley shall pick it out, The young eagles shall eat it. (Just as for the lighting comes forth from [the] east and shines as far as [the] west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For wherever if may be the carcass, there will be gathered the vultures. Matthew 24:27-28)
18)私にとって不思議なことが三つある。いや、四つあって、私はそれを知らない。
There are three things which are too amazing for me, Four which I don't understand:
19)天にあるわしの道、岩の上にある蛇の道、海の真中にある舟の道、おとめへの男の道。
The way of an eagle in the air, The way of a serpent on a rock; The way of a ship in the midst of the sea; And the way of a man with a maiden.
20)姦通する女の道もそのとおり。彼女は食べて口をぬぐい、「私は不法を行なわなかった。」と言う。
So is the way of an adulterous woman: She eats and wipes her mouth, And says, 'I have done nothing wrong.'
21)この地は三つのことによって震える。いや、四つのことによって耐えられない。
For three things the eretz tremble, And under four, it can't bear up:
22)奴隷が王となり、しれ者がパンを飽き、
For a servant when he is king; A fool when he is filled with food;
23)きらわれた女が夫を得、女奴隷が女主人の代わりとなることによって。
For an unloved woman when she is married; And a handmaid who is her mistress.
24)この地上には小さいものが四つある。しかし、それは知恵者中の知恵者だ。
There are four things which are little on the eretz, But they are exceedingly wise:
25)蟻は力のない種族だが、夏のうちに食料を確保する。
The ants are not a strong people, Yet they provide their food in the summer;
26)岩だぬきは強くない種族だが、その巣を岩間に設ける。
The conies are but a feeble folk, Yet make they their houses in the rocks;
27)いなごには王はないが、みな隊を組んで出て行く。
The locusts have no king, Yet they advance in ranks;
28)やもりは手でつかまえることができるが、王の宮殿にいる。
You can catch a lizard with your hands, Yet it is in kings' palaces.
29)歩きぶりの堂々としているものが三つある。いや、その歩みの堂々としているものが四つある。
There are three things which are stately in their march, Four which are stately in going.
30)獣のうちで最も強く、何ものからも退かない雄獅子、
The lion, which is mightiest among animals, And doesn't turn away for any;
31)いばって歩くおんどりと、雄やぎ、軍隊を率いる王である。
The greyhound, The male goat also; And the king against whom there is no rising up.
32)もし、あなたが高ぶって、愚かなことをしたり、たくらんだりしたら、手を口に当てよ。
If you have done foolishly in lifting up yourself, Or if you have thought evil, Put your hand over your mouth.
33)乳をかき回すと凝乳ができる。鼻をねじると血が出る。怒りをかき回すと争いが起こる。
For as the churning of milk brings forth butter, And the wringing of the nose brings forth blood; So the forcing of wrath brings forth strife."
