先日は、日本時間の夜９時に合わせて、
日本で私の直傳靈氣セミナーを受講してくださった方へお声かけして、
ズームでオンライン質問会をやってみました。
私が昨年1年日本に滞在した時に、
「えいやっ！」
っと意を決して、受講してくださった方たち。。。。
改めて、
「本当に、ありがとうございました！」
みなさんのおかげで、過去1年の時間を、心から充実させることが出来、
これからのさらなる目標を掲げることが出来ました。
「ありがとうございました！」
と過去形になっていますが、
これからのご縁も大切にしていきたいと思っています。
遠方に出向いて、靈氣療法の講義をすると、
良いことと悪いこととあります。
良いことは、幅広い範囲での出会いがある。
なんなら国境も、海も越えて。
悪いことは、どうしてもフォローアップが
手薄になってしまうこと。
近くの方には、対面で、靈授会という形で
復習会が出来るのですが、
遠くの方とは、対面でのフォローアップが
出来ません。
せっかくお金かけて、時間かけて
習得したから、無駄にしてほしくない！
そう思います。
なので、せめて、せめて、文明の利器の力をお借りして、
顔だけでも、声だけでも、繋がりを感じて頂けたらと
思って、オンラインで質問会をしています。
そうすることで、習得した靈氣、
「ずっと手に残ってるよ！」
「忘れないでね！」
「せっかく習ったんだから使ってね！」
って思いが届くかなと。
日本と海外の違いは、ここにも
顕著に出るんですね。
海外の方は、やっぱり、発言力に
長けているので、質問会などが
あると、小さいことでも質問してきて
くださり、盛り上がったり
脱線したり、時間が足りなくなります。
日本の方は、聞くことが上手なので、
質問会になると、
「しーーーーん。」
となっちゃいがちです。
そんな静けさに、私は負けません！
なので、今回は、ネタを準備しました！
その名も、
「腎臓」
しぶっ。
私、昔は保健体育の先生になりたかった人なので、人体解剖図が大好き。
勉強会に、それを取り入れてみても
いいんじゃないかと思い、
わかりやすく、簡単に
腎臓のことを説明してみました。
なんで、腎臓？
私の靈氣の師匠の、山口先生と
セミナーをさせて頂くと、
色んな質問をお受けします。
「この症状には、どこに手を
当てたらいいですか？
「うーん、それは、腎臓ですね。」
「じゃ、この病氣にはどこに手を
当てたらいいですか？」
「うーん、ま、腎臓ですね。」
と、ことあるごとに、
腎臓です。
だから、ちょっと腎臓のことを
知っていると、
「あーなるほど。」
と思うかもしれないです。
小学生でもわかるような、簡単なプレゼンでしたが、
だからこそ、わかりやすくて喜んで頂けたらようです。

The other day, I scheduled a Zoom online Q&A session at 9 PM Japan time for those who attended my Jikiden Reiki seminar in Japan.
These are the individuals who, last year when I stayed in Japan for a year, made the brave decision to take my seminar.
Once again,
"Thank you so much!"
Thanks to all of you, I was able to spend the past year feeling truly fulfilled, and I have been able to set even higher goals for the future.
Although I’ve said "thank you" in the past tense, I want to continue cherishing the relationships I’ve formed with you all moving forward.
When I travel to teach Reiki seminars, there are both positives and negatives.
The positive is that I get to meet people from a wide range of places—sometimes even crossing borders and oceans.
The negative is that it becomes difficult to provide follow-up care.
For those who are nearby, I can meet face-to-face for review sessions in the form of Reiju-kai. But for those who live far away, I’m unable to offer in-person follow-up.
Since you’ve invested both time and money to learn, I really don’t want your knowledge to go to waste!
So at the very least, I’m using the power of modern technology to stay connected, even if it’s just through a screen seeing your faces or hearing your voices. That’s why I’m holding these online Q&A sessions.
By doing this, I hope to reinforce that the Reiki you’ve learned is still with you, reminding you:
"Don’t forget!"
"You’ve learned it, so please use it!"
Interestingly, the difference between Japan and other countries becomes quite apparent in these situations.
People from overseas are often very outspoken and will ask questions during sessions, even small ones. This leads to lively discussions, sometimes going off-topic, and we end up running out of time.
On the other hand, people from Japan are great listeners, but during Q&A sessions, things tend to go... "silent."
But I’m not letting that silence defeat me!
So this time, I came prepared with a topic!
"The kidneys."
Quite niche, isn’t it?
Back in the day, I wanted to become a health and physical education teacher, so I’ve always loved anatomical diagrams. I thought it might be interesting to incorporate this into the study sessions, so I gave a simple and easy-to-understand explanation of the kidneys.
Why the kidneys, you ask?
Whenever I assist in a seminar with my Jikiden Reiki teacher and life mentor, Mr. Yamaguchi, we get all sorts of questions like:
"Where should I place my hands for this symptom?"
And the answer is often:
"Hmm, that would be the kidneys."
Or,
"For this illness, where should I place my hands?"
Again,
"Well, the kidneys."
So, knowing a bit about the kidneys might make you go, "Ah, I see."
Even though it was a presentation simple enough for elementary school students, perhaps that’s why it was so well-received this time.
I’d like to continue offering these kinds of study sessions from time to time, so please feel free to join again!
