腰痛とSさん
腰痛で机に向かうのが辛い・・・ 今日シアトル界隈で活躍されている日本人のピラティス指導者であり、尚且つフィジカル・セラピストであるSさんからお電話を頂く。 来週から、またお世話になることにした。
Sさんは、「ギブスをはめて歩かれているから、Pelvis（骨盤）の片一方が上がってしまっているのでは。 ピラティスに、そういった歪みを治す運動方法もありますよ」と言っていた。 はやく治してもらいたい！
今週の木曜日まで他のことで忙しいので、勉強は木曜日以降に再開する予定です。
