先日のレッスンで出てきた表現ですが、
「（画面などの）上、下、右、左、右上、右下、左上、左下…など」
って英語ではどう言うんでしょうか？
では、先ず「上、下、右、左」の言い方から例文と共に見ていきましょう♪
◆ at the top of …「…の上に」
<1> The contact information is at the top of the website.
「連絡先はサイトの上部に出ています」
◆ at the bottom of …「…の下に」
<2> Japanese subtitles appear at the bottom of the screen.
「日本語字幕は画面の下に出ます」
◆ on the right side of …「…の右側に」
<3> The color on the right side of the poster is too strong.
「ポスターの右側の色が強すぎる」
◆ on the left side of …「…の左側に」
<4> There are Japanese sentences on the left side of the page and English sentences on the right.
「ページの左側に日本文が、右側に英文が載っています」
次に、もっと細かく「右上、右下、左上、左下…など」の言い方を見ていきましょう♪
◆ in the upper right corner of …「…の右上に」
<5> Click on the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
「画面の右上にあるアイコンをクリックして下さい」
◆ in the lower right corner of …「…の右下に」

「絵の右下にはなんの絵を描けばいいですか？」
◆ in the middle right of …「…の右真ん中に」

「ポスターの右真ん中に小さなシミがある」
◆ in the upper left corner of …「…の左上に」
<8> Who is the woman in the upper left corner of the photo?
「写真の左上の女の人は誰ですか？」
◆ in the lower left corner of …「…の左下に」
<9> Look at the man in the lower left corner of the screen.
「画面の左下にいる男を見てください」
◆ in the middle left of …「…の左真ん中に」
<10> Use this picture in the middle left of the poster.
「ポスターの左真ん中あたりにこの写真を使って下さい」
◆ at the top middle of …「…の真ん中上に」
<11>There is a small dot at the top middle of of the card.
「カードの真ん中上あたりに小さな点がある」
◆ at the bottom middle of …「…の真ん中下に」
<12> You can find his name at the bottom middle of the list.
「リストの真ん中下の方に彼の名前は見つかりますよ」
