The public knows who should leave the government now as they could do nothing required to propose the appropriate countermeasures as politians to save people. LEAVE HERE NOW!!!

〇 Treating COVID-19 at home: Care tips for you and others

Providing care at home for a person sick with COVID-19? Or caring for yourself at home? Understand when emergency care is needed and what you can do to prevent the spread of infection.

If you have coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) and you're caring for yourself at home or you're caring for a loved one with COVID-19 at home, you might have questions. How do you know when emergency care is needed? How long is isolation necessary? What can you do to prevent the spread of germs? How can you support a sick loved one and manage your stress? Here's what you need to know.

At-home treatment
Most people who become sick with COVID-19 will only experience mild illness and can recover at home. Symptoms might last a few days, and people who have the virus might feel better in about a week. Treatment is aimed at relieving symptoms and includes rest, fluid intake and pain relievers.

Follow the doctor's recommendations about care and home isolation for yourself or your loved one. Talk to the doctor if you have any questions about treatments.

It's also important to consider how caring for a sick person might affect your health. If you are older or have an existing chronic medical condition, such as heart or lung disease or diabetes, you may be at higher risk of serious illness with COVID-19. You might consider isolating yourself from the sick person and finding another person to provide care.

Emergency warning signs

Carefully monitor yourself or your loved one for worsening symptoms. If symptoms appear to be getting worse, call the doctor.

If you or the person with COVID-19 experiences emergency warning signs, medical attention is needed immediately. Call your local emergency number if the sick person can't be woken up or you notice any emergency signs, including:
Trouble breathing
Persistent chest pain or pressure
New confusion
Bluish lips or face

Protecting others if you're ill

If you're ill with COVID-19, you can help prevent the spread of infection.
Stay home from work, school and public areas unless it's to get medical care.
Avoid using public transportation
.

Stay isolated in one room, away from your family and other people, as much as possible. Open windows to keep air circulating. Use a separate bathroom, if possible.

Avoid shared space in your home as much as possible. When using shared spaces, limit your movements. Keep your kitchen and other shared spaces well ventilated. Stay at least 6 feet (2 meters) away from your family members.

Clean often-touched surfaces in your separate room and bathroom, such as doorknobs, light switches and counters, every day.

Avoid sharing personal household items, such as dishes, towels and bedding.
Wear a face mask when near others. Change the face mask each day.
If wearing a face mask isn't possible, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or elbow when coughing or sneezing. Afterward, throw away the tissue or wash the handkerchief.

Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

Ending isolation

The CDC recommends the following guidelines for ending home isolation after you've had COVID-19.

If you won't have a test to determine if you're still contagious, you can leave home if three full days have passed with no fever without the use of fever-reducing medicine, other symptoms have improved, and at least 14 days have passed since your symptoms started.

If you'll be tested to determine if you're still contagious, you can leave home if you no longer have a fever without the use of fever-reducing medicine, other symptoms have improved, and you've had two negative tests in a row, 24 hours apart. However, testing isn't available in all areas.

The WHO also recommends that, as the sick person's caregiver, you monitor your health for 14 days after the start of the sick person's symptoms.

Coping with caregiving stress

As you or your loved one recover, seek emotional support. Stay connected to others through texts, phone calls or videoconferences. Share your concerns. Avoid too much COVID-19 news. Rest and focus on enjoyable activities, such as reading, watching movies or playing online games.

As you take care of a loved one who is ill with COVID-19, you might feel stressed too. You might worry about your health and the health of the sick person. This can affect your ability to eat, sleep and concentrate, as well as worsen chronic health problems. It may also increase your use of alcohol, tobacco or other drugs.

If you have a mental health condition, such as anxiety or depression, continue with your treatment. Contact your doctor or mental health professional if your condition worsens.

To care for yourself, follow these steps:

Change nonsense Democracy to Super Great one (One Team) IX

1)Our country is governed properly by the government?

First of all, the way of wearing the mask done by the person who would be supposed to mention "declaration of a state of emergency" was wrong. “The face should be covered up to the lower jaw by the mask in terms of medical science.” Even if such a person with great responsibility who is to declare such a important matter would say it without knowing such a fundamental thing, it could not be persuasive and let people listen to it additionally as his behavior has problems even at the normal time. The person with governing ability should be placed at the center of the country. Otherwise, the country could not be under control at the time of emergency.

They say that “owing to the COVID-19 matter, vulnerable persons such as child, woman, etc. would be damaged under the sress (domestic violence), and in the worst case caused to the death.” Through the above situation I greatly feel the weakness of human beings.

Through experiencing caused by COVID-19’s assaults, I hope human beings would grow up to the further level.

〇 COVID-19 and your mental health

(1)Worries and anxiety about COVID-19 and its impact can be overwhelming. Social distancing makes it even more challenging. Learn ways to cope during this pandemic.

(2)The COVID-19 pandemic has likely brought many changes to how you live your life, and with it uncertainty, altered daily routines, financial pressures and social isolation. You may worry about getting sick, how long the pandemic will last and what the future will bring. Information overload, rumors and misinformation can make your life feel out of control and make it unclear what to do.

(3)During the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience stress, anxiety, fear, sadness and loneliness. And mental health disorders, including anxiety and depression, can worsen.

(4)Learn self-care strategies and get the care you need to help you cope.

Self-care strategies

Self-care strategies are good for your mental and physical health and can help you take charge of your life. Take care of your body and your mind and connect with others to benefit your mental health.

Take care of your body

Be mindful about your physical health:

Get enough sleep. Go to bed and get up at the same times each day. Stick close to your typical schedule, even if you're staying at home.

Participate in regular physical activity. Regular physical activity and exercise can help reduce anxiety and improve mood. Find an activity that includes movement, such as dance or exercise apps. Get outside in an area that makes it easy to maintain distance from people — as recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) or your government — such as a nature trail or your own backyard.

Eat healthy. Choose a well-balanced diet. Avoid loading up on junk food and refined sugar. Limit caffeine as it can aggravate stress and anxiety. Avoid tobacco, alcohol and drugs. If you smoke tobacco or if you vape, you're already at higher risk of lung disease. Because COVID-19 affects the lungs, your risk increases even more. Using alcohol to try to cope can make matters worse and reduce your coping skills. Avoid taking drugs to cope, unless your doctor prescribed medications for you.

Limit screen time. Turn off electronic devices for some time each day, including 30 minutes before bedtime. Make a conscious effort to spend less time in front of a screen — television, tablet, computer and phone.

Relax and recharge. Set aside time for yourself. Even a few minutes of quiet time can be refreshing and help to quiet your mind and reduce anxiety. Many people benefit from practices such as deep breathing, tai chi, yoga or meditation. Soak in a bubble bath, listen to music, or read or listen to a book — whatever helps you relax. Select a technique that works for you and practice it regularly.

Take care of your mind

Reduce stress triggers:

Keep your regular routine. Maintaining a regular schedule is important to your mental health. In addition to sticking to a regular bedtime routine, keep consistent times for meals, bathing and getting dressed, work or study schedules, and exercise. Also set aside time for activities you enjoy. This predictability can make you feel more in control.

Limit exposure to news media. Constant news about COVID-19 from all types of media can heighten fears about the disease. Limit social media that may expose you to rumors and false information. Also limit reading, hearing or watching other news, but keep up to date on national and local recommendations. Look for reliable sources such as the CDC and WHO.

Stay busy. A distraction can get you away from the cycle of negative thoughts that feed anxiety and depression. Enjoy hobbies that you can do at home, identify a new project or clean out that closet you promised you'd get to. Doing something positive to manage anxiety is a healthy coping strategy. Focus on positive thoughts. Choose to focus on the positive things in your life, instead of dwelling on how bad you feel. Consider starting each day by listing things you are thankful for. Maintain a sense of hope, work to accept changes as they occur and try to keep problems in perspective.

Use your moral compass or spiritual life for support. If you draw strength from a belief system, it can bring you comfort during difficult times. Set priorities. Don't become overwhelmed by creating a life-changing list of things to achieve while you're home. Set reasonable goals each day and outline steps you can take to reach those goals. Give yourself credit for every step in the right direction, no matter how small. And recognize that some days will be better than others.

Connect with others

Build support and strengthen relationships:

Make connections. If you need to stay at home and distance yourself from others, avoid social isolation. Find time each day to make virtual connections by email, texts, phone, or FaceTime or similar apps. If you're working remotely from home, ask your co-workers how they're doing and share coping tips. Enjoy virtual socializing and talking to those in your home.

Do something for others. Find purpose in helping the people around you. For example, email, text or call to check on your friends, family members and neighbors — especially those who are elderly. If you know someone who can't get out, ask if there's something needed, such as groceries or a prescription picked up, for instance. But be sure to follow CDC, WHO and your government recommendations on social distancing and group meetings.

Support a family member or friend. If a family member or friend needs to be isolated for safety reasons or gets sick and needs to be quarantined at home or in the hospital, come up with ways to stay in contact. This could be through electronic devices or the telephone or by sending a note to brighten the day, for example.

Recognizing what's typical and what's not

Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the demands of life. Everyone reacts differently to difficult situations, and it's normal to feel stress and worry during a crisis. But multiple challenges daily, such as the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, can push you beyond your ability to cope.

Many people may have mental health concerns, such as symptoms of anxiety and depression during this time. And feelings may change over time. Despite your best efforts, you may find yourself feeling helpless, sad, angry, irritable, hopeless, anxious or afraid. You may have trouble concentrating on typical tasks, changes in appetite, body aches and pains, or difficulty sleeping or you may struggle to face routine chores.

When these signs and symptoms last for several days in a row, make you miserable and cause problems in your daily life so that you find it hard to carry out normal responsibilities, it's time to ask for help. Get help when you need it

Hoping mental health problems such as anxiety or depression will go away on their own can lead to worsening symptoms. If you have concerns or if you experience worsening of mental health symptoms, ask for help when you need it, and be upfront about how you're doing. To get help you may want to: Call or use social media to contact a close friend or loved one — even though it may be hard to talk about your feelings.

1)Idea for two pieces of masks

“Idea for two pieces of masks” came out from where and whom?  One nation could not be governed without understanding even the meaning of “two pieces of masks”.  How can they announce it as a policy of the country without ashamed feeling. This attitude tells everything deeply rooted in the government? No way!!!

Everyday various experts on viruses come out to the media to say personal opinions. Why didn’t they propose important precautions to the government before being attacked by COVID-19. It is their responsibility as a scholar who is given some amount of money for study expenses by the government. They know technically that there are a lot of viruses on the earth.  In other words, the human beings are bound by their own desire, lacking in gentleness and the mind to be considerate of others.

How they can provide "declaration of a state of emergency" without understanding ordinary people’s affairs?  It is impossible, and it will be out of point even if they do it.

This is not a comment of slander. It is true. Ability to govern a country is not on politicians, but persons who can think and behave on the truth.  A certain commentator said, “Politicians appear in the Diet which needs 300 million yen a day. . ."  They are exchanging opinions at the low level.  All members have to start with a clean slate. Persons without an appropriate quality will be fired. How many persons can stay there?

"There is a glittering idea."  That is “AI (Artificial Intelligence)”to make up for a human weak point. No other solution at all.

人間の弱点を補うAI(Artificial Intelligence)を登場させるしか、 他に解決策はない。

The present serious problem is “deterioration of human power/quality”in the field of politics and education. Now, the COVID-19 came over to resuscitate human beings. Against one virus, how powerless the human beings’ society is?

Regard this difficulty as a chance to review and change the human beings’whole world.

(1) Coronavirus disease: What is it and how can I protect myself?

A new virus called the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has been identified as the cause of a disease outbreak that began in China in 2019. The disease is called coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The virus is a type of coronavirus — a family of viruses that can cause illnesses such as the common cold, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS).

Cases of COVID-19 have been reported in a growing number of countries, including the U.S. WHO declared a global pandemic in March 2020. Public health groups, such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), are monitoring the situation and posting updates, treatment and prevention recommendations on their websites.

(2)How does COVID-19 spread?

(4)Can COVID-19 be prevented or treated?

A vaccine isn't currently available for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). No antiviral medication is recommended to treat COVID-19. Treatment is directed at relieving symptoms.
