Good News

My wife used to have diabetes and take the medicine for that.
Yesterday our family doctor said to me, “Her level of the blood test has recovered to the normal level so she need not take the medicine anymore. She can just keep the proper diet.”
The doctor said, “Your wife has been making a great effort.” I was happy to hear that.

She loves sweets. I’m sure she wants to eat 

sweet but she never eat any sweets. I respect her.
昨日、私たちのホームドクターに薬をもらいに行ったら、ドクターは私に言いました「あなたの奥さんの血液検査の結果彼女の血糖値は正常まで改善されました。もう糖尿の薬は必要ありません。彼女は食事療法についてもよく頑張っています。」

A funny story

Tom’s families go camping with his friend Mike’s family every summer.
トムの家族は毎年夏に友だちのマイクの家族と一緒にキャンプに行きます。

Tom’father was talking with Mike’s father about this summer plan.
トムのお父さんはマイクのお父さんとこの夏のキャンプの計画について話し合っていました。

Tom’s father said, “This is time, the one who is always barking and noisy won’t go, ha! ha!”
トムのお父さんは言いました「今回はあのいつも吠えてるうるさいのは行かないみたい」と笑いながら言いました。

Hearing it, Tom went to his mother’s room and asked her, “Mom, this time our dog Loser can’t go camping together?”
それを聞いたトムはお母さんの部屋に行って聞きました「母さん、今回はうちの犬のルーザーはキャンプには一緒に行けないの？」

His mother said, “It’s strange because Loser can go together as usual but I am the one who can’t go due to my schedule.”
お母さんは言いました「それはおかしいわねえ、ルーザーはいつもどおり一緒にいけるよ、行けないのは私、用事があるから」

We need rain but not too much

It’s been drizzling one whole day today. It seems like a normal rainy season.
今日は朝からしとしとと雨が降っています。梅雨らしくなりました。

After the rainy season started, we don’t have much rain.
梅雨入りしてからあまり雨が降っていません。

Two typhoons are approaching, so we are afraid of heavy rain.
二つの台風が近づいています、大雨が心配です。
