Country Pineapple Casserole

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
8 eggs
2cans (20ounces each) crushed pineapple, drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
10 slices day-ole white bread, cubed

In a mixing bow, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in the bread cubes. Pour into a greased 13-in.X9-in.X 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncoverd, at 325°for 35-40 minutes or until set. Yield: 12-16 servings.

1 apple
100g unsalted butter, at cool room temperature
2tbsp + 80g sugar
2 eggs
100ml heavy cream
150g flour
1tsp baking powder

1. Preheat the oven to 350℉(180℃). Grease the bottom of a 8inch loaf pan.
2. Sift together flour and baking powder.
3. Peel an apple and cut into eight pieces, slice into 2-3mm pieces, coat with 2tbsp sugar in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes.
4. With a whisk, beat butter with sugar in a bowl until creamy, add beaten eggs drop by drop,
add heavy cream.
5. With a spartle, add 3(apple) into 4, and add 2(flour and baking powder) to batter until just combined.
6. Pour 5(batter) into the prepared pan, smooth the top, bake for 35minutes.
7. After baking, turn out onto baking rack, and cool completely, dredge powder sugar.

材料

チョコレート クッキー または ワッフル 1/3cup
バター 大2
砂糖 1/4cup
リコッタチーズ 1/4cup

オレンジゼスト 1/2cup
クリームチーズ 2oz
卵 1個

予熱 350°F ( 180°C) 

作り方
1.チョコレートクッキー、ワッフルをFPで砕く。ボールに移し溶かしバターを加えてスプーンで混ぜる。型のそこに敷きつめ、指で押さえる。
2.フィリングをつくる。
 砂糖、リコッタチーズ、クリームチーズ、オレンジゼスト、卵をFPでまぜ、1へ流す。
3.天板に2をのせ、熱湯を周りに注いでオーブンで25分焼く。
4.3を取り出し、荒熱がとれたら冷蔵庫で15分程冷やす。
5.オレンジゼスト、砂糖を振りかける。
