1 apple
100g unsalted butter, at cool room temperature
2tbsp + 80g sugar
2 eggs
100ml heavy cream
150g flour
1tsp baking powder

1. Preheat the oven to 350℉(180℃). Grease the bottom of a 8inch loaf pan.
2. Sift together flour and baking powder.
3. Peel an apple and cut into eight pieces, slice into 2-3mm pieces, coat with 2tbsp sugar in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes.
4. With a whisk, beat butter with sugar in a bowl until creamy, add beaten eggs drop by drop,
add heavy cream.
5. With a spartle, add 3(apple) into 4, and add 2(flour and baking powder) to batter until just combined.
6. Pour 5(batter) into the prepared pan, smooth the top, bake for 35minutes.
7. After baking, turn out onto baking rack, and cool completely, dredge powder sugar.
