Japanese cooking class
Three guests attended my Japanese cooking class yesterday.They were three good friends from Taiwan.We made "Nagoyameshi"(Nagoya Local Cuisine).・Tenmusu (Rice balls with deep-fried shrimp)・Tebasaki (Fried chicken wings)・Kishimen (Kishimen noodles)・Atsuyaki-tamago (Japanese rolled omelet)・Spinach with sesame seeds・Basic dashi stockThey were full of curious about a dried bonito shaver.They made rice balls into beautiful triangles.Their serving plates looked so cute and delicious.There was a lot to do and a busy lesson, but thanks to nice three guests, the lesson was a harmonious atmosphere.I hope this lesson will be a pleasant memory of their trip!Thank you for attending my lesson.
