Three guests attended my Japanese cooking class yesterday.

They were three good friends from Taiwan.

We made "Nagoyameshi"(Nagoya Local Cuisine).

 

 

・Tenmusu (Rice balls with deep-fried shrimp)

・Tebasaki (Fried chicken wings)

・Kishimen (Kishimen noodles)

・Atsuyaki-tamago (Japanese rolled ome

let)

・Spinach with sesame seeds

・Basic dashi stock

 

 

They were full of curious about a dried bonito shaver.

 

 

They made rice balls into beautiful triangles.

 

 

Their serving plates looked so cute and delicious.

 

 

There was a lot to do and a busy lesson, but thanks to nice three guests, the lesson was a harmonious atmosphere.

 

 

I hope this lesson will be a pleasant memory of their trip!
