Ich wünsche und erwarte, dass jetzt die Wähler der Bundesrepublik der Welt ihre Vernunft zeigen.

Ich bin Japaner.

Die ‚Schwarzliste‘ erinnert mich, dass Hauptquartier von imperialem Japan im Zweiten Weltkrieg “撤退” “退却” (Rückzug) zu “転進” (Kurswechsel) sowie “全滅” (völlige Zerstörung der Truppe(n)) zu “玉砕” (Zerbrechen wie ein Juwel). Selbst wenn man den seriösen aber die Wirklichkeit in sich widergespiegelten Wort zum weichen umbenennt, es hilft nicht, real existierende Probleme zu lösen. Tatsächlich hat das japanische Kaiserreich den Krieg damit verloren, zahlreiche Soldaten und Zivilisten zu opfern, die nicht nur aus Japan, sondern auch aus andere asiatische Länder waren. Ja, viel mehr Opfer als die dabei, wenn der Kaiser, die Offiziere und die Politiker die Situation wahrgenommen hätten.

Fortsetzung der Ignoranz des Klimawandels von der US-Regierung würde die Welt grausamer schaden als das, wenn die falsche Politik korrigiert wird. Es ist gerade wie, als die die Realität nicht berücksichtigende Kriegsführung des imperialen Japan das Milieu der Japaner und der anderen asiatischen Menschen tragischer als das dabei gemacht hat, wenn die Herrschenden sich für die Kapitulation noch früher entschieden hätten. Problem ist, dass durch die Globale Erwärmung nicht nur die Bevölkerung in den USA und in den Staaten rund um die USA sondern auch ganze Menschheit auf dem Erdball verletzet werden, und natürlich auch viel anderes Lebewesen.

Deshalb müssen wir kooperieren, um uns selbst zu schützen. Jeder, wer mit derjenigen Lüge nicht betrogen ist, dass die globale Erwärmung eine Lüge wäre, sondern weiß, dass sie die wissenschaftliche Wahrheit ist, muss um die Überlebung der Menschheit zusammenarbeiten.

Ich verstehe, dass du meine Aussage fraglich nimmst. „Japan ist doch ein bereits demokratisierter Staat, nicht wahr?“ „Bezieht sich Demokratisierung eines Staats mit seiner Klimapolitik?“ Zwar Japan gehört zu der OECD und der G7 aber rangiert sich am Platz 48 in der Rangliste von „FREEDOM
OF THE PRESS 2017“ ( https://freedomhouse.org/sites/default/files/FOTP_2017_booklet_FINAL_April28.pdf ), am Platz 51 in „The Human Freedom Index 2016“ ( https://www.fraserinstitute.org/resource-file?nid=10340&fid=5339 ) (bei der Sortierung nach „Personal Freedom“) und am Platz 72 in der „Rangliste der Pressefreiheit 2017“ ( https://www.reporter-ohne-grenzen.de/fileadmin/Redaktion/Presse/Downloads/Ranglisten/Rangliste_2017/Rangliste_der_Pressefreiheit_2017_-_Reporter_ohne_Grenzen.pdf ) . Diese Phänomena sind nicht zufällig. 自由民主党 (Liberal-demokratische Partei), die seit der Parteibegründung im Jahr 1955 fast immer Japan regiert, versucht die Entdemokratisierung Japans. In ihren „改憲草案Q&A“ (Fragen und Antworten zum Verfassungsnovellierungsentwurf) ( https://jimin.ncss.nifty.com/pdf/pamphlet/kenpou_qa.pdf Text auf Japanisch) heißt es, „In diesem Entwurf haben wir zum ersten sowohl den übersetzungsartigen Schreibstil als auch Regelungsweise auf dem Grund der Lehre der naturgegebenen Rechte allseitig revidiert, um den Verfassungsnovellierungsentwurf in Japan angemessen zu machen“ *1 , „In der geltenden Verfassung gibt es einige Regelungen, die mutmaßlich auf der westeuropäischen Lehre der naturgegebenen Rechte gründet geregelt sind, und deshalb denken wir, dass diese Regelungen zu verändert sind“ *2 (übersetzt von Hidy).

Offensichtlich möchtet LDP das generelle Prinzip jeder demokratischen Verfassung und also jedes demokratischen Staates abbauen. Offensichtlich möchtet sie den Begriff ‚die unantastbare Rechte, jeder mit denen geboren ist‘ und die sich daraus entwickelnde Vertragstheorie aus die Verfassung ausschließen. In der Präambel der geltenden Verfassung Japans sind die Quelle der Staatsmacht, die Qualifikation der Machtübenden und das Ziel der Politik formuliert. „Eigentlich Staatspolitik steht auf dem Grunde des schweren Vertrauens des Volks, deren Autorität stammt vom Volke, deren Macht üben die Repräsentanten des Volks und das Volk genießt die Wohlfahrt dadurch. Das ist das der Menschheit allgemeine Prinzip und diese Verfassung basiert sich auf dem Prinzip“ *3 . Diese Sätze sind ganz beseitigt und im LDPs Entwurf gibt es keine Erklärungen sowohl über Legitimität der Staatsgewalt als auch über Befugnis des Machtinhabers als auch über Raison d’Être des Staates *4 .

Die angeblichen Liberaldemokraten ignorieren das Risiko des Lebens, der Gesundheit und des Vermögens des Volkes durch die globale Erwärmung, um die Reichen reicher zu machen und um deren Profit auch an sich zu verteilen. In den entwickelten Industrieländern exklusiv USA und Japan verbreitet sich diejenige Erkenntnis immer breiter, mit der man versteht, die Umweltschutzpolitik das Wirtschaftswachstum nicht immer beschädige, sondern jene diesem eher helfen könne und solle. Exakter gesagt, auch in den USA bewegen sich viele Bundesländer und Städte gegen den Klimawandel. Auch in Japan behaupten minderheitliche Politiker, Journalisten und Wissenschaftler die Notwendigkeit und den Vorteil der ehrgeizigen Umweltpolitik. Aber es ist schwierig, nur mit der Strebung der fortlaufenden Japaner die Situation besser zu machen.

Deshalb bitte ich euch, vor allem die BügerInnen in den gewissermaßen gut demokratisierten Staaten, darum, an der Wahlen für den Politiker oder die Partei zu stimmen, der oder die sich der Regierung Japans streng auseinandersetzt. Es hilft nicht nur uns Japanern, sondern auch euch, weil ansonsten ungerecht produzierte billige Produkten eure Arbeitsplätze bedrohen. Mit Bezug auf Ungerechtigkeit handelt es sich nicht nur um die Klimapolitik, sondern auch um die Umweltpolitik allgemein, die Lohnpolitik, Arbeitspolitik, Sozialpolitik und so weiter, aber ich stelle die Probleme Japans ausführlich nicht hier jetzt vor. Sowieso würde es die Gerechtigkeit des politischen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Weltsystems schaden, wenn die Regierungen der demokratisierten Staaten den Staat Japan so behandeln würden, als ob er ein Demokratiestaat wäre. Deswegen bitte ich euch noch einmal darum, die scharfe Außenpolitik gegen Japan und weitere ungerechte Staaten zu befürworten.

The ‘Blacklist’ reminds me, that the Imperial General Headquarters at WW II rephrased “撤退” “退却” (withdrawal) to “転進” (changing of course) as well as “全滅” (annihilation) to “玉砕” (shattering like a jewel). Even if one renames the serious but truth reflecting words to the soft words, it cannot solve the existing problems. Truly the Japanese Empire lost the war with that, to sacrifice the lot of soldiers and civilians, who were not only from Japan but also from other Asian countries. Yea, much more victims than those by that, if the Emperor, the officers and politicians had understood the situation seriously.

The continuing ignorance of the climate change by the US government would hurt the world more cruelly than when the wrong policy is corrected. It can be compare with that the war leaders of imperial Japan, who ignored the reality, made the milieu of the Japanese and the other Asian people more tragic than that when the rulers had decided the capitulation earlier. Problem is, that by the global warming not only the population in the USA und in the countries around the USA but also the full humankind will be damaged, and obviously other lot of living thing too.

The self-alleged Liberal-Democrats ignore the risk of life, the health and property of the people through global warming, to make the rich richer and to distribute their profits to themselves too. In the developed Countries exclusive to the USA and Japan spreads the knowledge wider and wider, according to which the environment protecting policy does not always damage the economic growth but rather the former can and should help the latter. Exact said, many states and cities in the US move against the climate change. Also in Japan, minor politicians, journalists and scholars argue the need and the merit of the ambitious environmental policy. But it is difficult, to make better the situation only through the striving of pioneer Japanese.

Therefore, I ask you, especially the citizens in the on a certain level democratized states, to vote for the politician or the party in the elections, who faces the government of Japan strictly. It helps not only us Japanese but also you, because otherwise the unfairly made cheap products threaten your job. Relating to the unfairness, not only the climate policy is important but also the general environmental policy, the wage policy, labour policy, social policy and so on, but I don’t present the problems of Japan here now. Anyway, it would hurt the fairness of the world’s political-, economic- and social-system, if the government of the democratized states treat the state Japan as if it were a democracy country. Hence, I please you once more, to support the severe foreign policy against Japan and other unfair states.
