八十島太鼓（やそしまたいこ）奉納舞台
Dedicatory Performance of YASOSHIMA TAIKO to God

八十島とは、日本と呼ばれる前の、日本国土のことで、
その大地の（神の力）を顕すのが八十島太鼓です。また、
太鼓の組曲の名前です。

①天地創造（神のあらわれ）
②やそしま（大地誕生）
③天地人（建国）
④祝太鼓（感謝・平和の祈り）で
構成され、日本にとどまらず世界の平和を願う太鼓として
演奏活動を行っています。

‘YASOSHIMA’ means the land of JAPAN
YASOSHIMA TAIKO expresses
the power of land (the power of God)
So YASOSHIMA TAIKO is also a title of suite drum.

It consists of
①Tenchisozo:Creation of Heaven and Earth (appearance of God)
②Yasoshima:Birth of earth
③Tenchijin:Founding of the country
④Iwai-taiko:Prayer of gratitude and peace
We perform drumming with wish for peace not only in Japan but also in the world.
