Recently I was luckily given advice by some internal executives from all over the world and the most impressing advice was to make my strategy and goal clear and spend 30-minute to check if I correctly go to my goal every day.
It seems simple but it is tougher than seeing to do it and I decided to start it as soon as possible.
During the round-trip flights between Haneda and Miyazaki, I thought about my goal and strategy.
I input my thoughts into my smartphone, finally defined my goal which is from what I have had, and wrote down the required items to make my strategy.
In addition, I tried to think about my future goal as well as my short-term one.
Describing a bold future image made me more confident to achieve the short-term goal.
I enjoyed thinking alone.
I remembered that I liked thinking of dreams alone when I was young.
Although extraversive or introversive is sometimes raised as a topic, I believe I have both.
I want to keep both important.
I played golf on the course for the third time.
It was the first time for me to play a round of golf in the rain.
Especially today it heavily rained at Miyazaki.
We finished only half because the rain got heavier and the half was tough enough to normally give up.
My score was bad.
My driver’s and utility’s shots couldn't hit the center of the ball.
The rain affected my performance.
Instead, my bunker and approach shots were better than before.
The golf course which was the same as my first one has difficult bunkers but I picked my ball outside of them with only one shot.
My bad score was from the rain but I thought it was my real capability.
It was just my third time and I hope I have space to grow.
Anyway, I noticed the rain made me seriously exhausted.
Although people say playing golf makes individual character, I think that I was patient because I kept my emotion stable in the situation of my bad score and the heavy rain.
The other day, I was interviewed for a slot in the internal education program and I explained the importance of health as well as many things about jobs.
I regard sleeping, exercising, and eating as important and ensure the necessary time for them.
The health of the body makes mental health.
I had angriness for some days and I noticed acne on my jaw.
It disappointed me.
I tried forgetting my angriness to recover it.
I have made up my mind about not working hard enough to lose beauty.
Health is to keep beauty as well.
Losing beauty stresses me in another way.
Therefore I slept well until I felt not sleepy, exercised, and ate delicious food this weekend.
But my acne hasn't been recovered yet.
I tried to apply Oronine to it, though.
I wish it would disappear soon.
I have been told to be aware of people with bad character since I was very young.
I tend to not be aware of such types of people and I wonder if I am aware of them after they bully me or do bad things to me.
Even if I allow it, I don't have enough capabilities to learn from my experiences and I have had such experiences many times.
When I just look back, I find there are many episodes.
But I usually forget them and I seem not to be hurt by the relationships with them because I can't learn from them.
Several years ago when I was worried about a bad person, I asked one of my friends what to do, and he told me that I wanted to have many relationships with others, I meet many people, and some of them were not good people but many of them were good people instead and then I wouldn't have to change anything.
He was correct.
On the other hand, many of my friends keep telling me to protect myself from people with bad characters.
Recently I was told that I was devoted enough to have a love for even bad people and was strong enough to overcome them then I was ok to not change myself.
I don't have any reason to disagree with her advice.
Certainly, I am stressed.
Therefore I complain about it to the surroundings but on the contrary, it is just such an extent.
The best resolution for me might be to release my stress well, might not it?
One of my friends who joined the gathering of our circle’s same grades invited me for dinner and we met at a restaurant operating at a house.
We knew the outline of each latest situation because we met once a year when our children were very young and we exchange a new year’s card every year, but we had many things to catch up on.
Her sons are university students.
By the way, we found many parents of university students in the gathering the other day.
For sure there were smaller children as well.
Her sons grew up enough to have her enjoy her own life.
She was originally a such type of woman, though.
We could catch up on our jobs and discuss the hiring market in Japan.
I want to have dinner with her again.
I had a forum to have lectures and a discussion gathering many female executive officers from Japanese companies.
We enjoyed a 1-night stay forum with a joyful dinner.
I re-recognized that the more women’s power will be utilized, the better Japan will be,
I was exhausted when I got home on Saturday after the forum but I recovered today and am excited with the passion I felt there again.
In fact, I was very angry last week before the forum.
The angriness has existed for a long time, it sometimes bursts out, and it doesn't change anything if bursting out.
That is it is troublesome.
I am calmed down now due to the success of the forum although I am not sure how I will be tomorrow.
I read “A house where I died once upon in the past” to refresh my mind.
It is a mystery with complex logic.
The main character goes to a house with his ex-girlfriend who lost her memory in her childhood and analyzes what happened there in the past.
He deepens his analytics and reaches out to a surprising fact.
It definitely refreshed me.
My second son invited me to a concert of his brass band circle and my husband and I went to see it.
He continues his circle even though he graduated from the university and goes to the other university as a master's student.
It gave us a joyful and beautiful performance.
He has played the clarinet for almost half of his life since he entered junior high school.
His junior high school and university weren't his favorite ones but they gave him wonderful places in a brass band.
He was very lucky.
His circle allows him to continue after he joined a company if he wants.
I could also see his friends who have been with him since Junior high school.
I enjoyed everything.
