mixed vs layered

英語カフェでの一節です。
他のお客さんが外国人スタッフさんにお好み焼きを説明していました。
A: お客さん、S:外国人スタッフさん、K:私
S: I know that they are popular, but I don't know what the difference is. Taste?
A: The way to bake is different. In Osaka, all the ingredients are mixed. But In Hiroshima, they don't mix all of the ingredients. They make the layers of ingredients.
K: In Hiroshima, they put noodles in it.
A: Yeah, the noodles are the particular one for the Hiroshima's style.
S: Is the source different?
A: Yeah, it is sweeter for the Hiroshima's one.
K: Which one do you prefer?
S: Hiroshima's one. I frequently go to the Hiroshima airport. I always enjoy eating Okonomiyaki in the food court after the business trip. That is a great pleasure for me. Draft beer and Okonomiyaki. They are the best combination. I recommend you that, hahaha.
広島空港でのお好み焼きと生ビールが格別だということでした。
大阪風と広島風の違いを mix と layer という単語でうまく表現されてます。広島風ってソースが甘いんですね。
外国人に日本の食を紹介するのは英会話の典型的なシーンですよね。もし外国人に説明する機会があれば参考にしてみてください。

今日は初の米朝会談が行われた歴史的な日になりました。
金正恩氏は最初の握手の際、非常に堅く、緊張しているように見えました。
実は私も初対面はいつも堅く見られるのです。以前、英語カフェでこんなやりとりがありました。
S: 外国人スタッフさん、K: 私
S: How were you like when you were a child?
K: When I was a child, I was really shy, and I am still shy.
S: Yeah, I know.
K: How do you know that I look shy?
S: I can see from your body language. You are not very comfortable.
K: Oh, really. I'm often said so at first sight. I need to fix my personality.
S: Be comfortable. Relax yourself.
K: Like this?
S: Yeah, like that. You can change yourself. Just have a confidence!
初対面ではいつもシャイと言われるので、何故そう見えるのか、聞いてみたのですが、体勢がぎこちなく、上半身に力が入っているようでした。
それで、背もたれに寄りかかるように脱力して座ったら、Yeah, like that. と言ってくれました。
ただ、私あまりに脱力しすぎると、今度は元気ないとか疲れてるとか言われるんですよね。
難しいもんです。
at first sight 一目で、すぐに
love at first sight （一目惚れ）という表現でお馴染みですね。

こんにちは。
仮想通貨が急落してますね。
韓国の取引所でハッキングがあったとか、中国での取引規制懸念とか、原因はよく分かりませんが、ビットコインはしばらく下値抵抗であった80万円を割ってしまいました。
私としては押し目を待っていたので取り敢えずはほんの少しだけ買ってみました。
おそらくは50万円台まで落ちてくるのではと思ってますので、時間を分散して少しづつ買っていきたいと思います。
というか、先日ローンの繰り上げ返済をしてしまい、全然余力がないので、少しづつしか買えないんです。
