信州は夕方まで曇りでしたが夜になって晴れてきて、いまは綺麗なお月様が見えています。
月って太陽と違って本当に光が柔らかくて、その優しい光に包まれていると心が落ち着きます。
リハビリで疲れた身体も、不安な気持ちも治して貰えるような、そんな気がします。
明日も晴れて月が見えるといいな、、、。

Hoje é o dia da lua da colheita de outono.
Você viu isso na sua casa também?
O céu estava nublado até o anoitecer, mas o céu clareou à noite e agora estamos vendo uma linda lua.
Ao contrário do sol, a luz da lua é muito suave, então estar cercado por sua luz suave acalma a mente.
Sinto que a lua está curando meu corpo, que está cansado da reabilitação, e meus sentimentos de ansiedade.

Estava um pouco ensolarado quando fui para a reabilitação esta manhã, mas começou a chover à tarde.
Além disso, a temperatura estava baixa, estava escuro lá fora e as montanhas estavam cobertas de nuvens e não era possível vê-las.
As pessoas da cidade podem achar difícil de acreditar, mas eu já tenho um aquecedor em casa.
A previsão do tempo na TV disse que choveria novamente amanhã, mas também disse que poderia nevar nas montanhas.

昨日、リハビリセンターの先生や看護婦さんたちも言ってたんですが、今年は冬が早く訪れるそうです。
だから、学校の制服だけでなく、町で歩く人の服装も長袖や厚手の生地の服の人が多くなりました。
それに、ハロウインのかぼちゃもが飾られてるのも見かけるので、本当に冬が足早に訪れそうな雰囲気です。
私もまたハロウイン用のムービーを作ってみようかな。

No Japão, o outono já chegou e as temperaturas estão ficando mais frias de manhã e à noite, então Shinshu está preparando roupas de outono e inverno.
Ontem, os médicos e enfermeiros do centro de reabilitação me disseram que a temporada de inverno deste ano chegará mais cedo do que o normal.
Agora, não apenas os uniformes escolares estão sendo usados, mas as pessoas andando pela cidade também são vistas usando mangas compridas e roupas feitas de tecido grosso.
Além disso, já vi abóboras decoradas em preparação para os festivais de Halloween, então realmente parece que o inverno está chegando mais cedo.

A doçura natural e suave era tão deliciosa que consegui comer todo o pão e iogurte.
Talvez por isso, não me senti muito cansado mesmo depois de terminar o exercício de reabilitação de hoje, que consistia em movimentar os braços e as pernas.
O médico também me disse: "Sua pele parece um pouco melhor hoje", o que me deixou um pouco feliz.
No caminho de volta, as flores cosmos que desabrochavam na estrada ao lado do centro de reabilitação pareciam sorrir gentilmente para mim.
今日はリハビリの先生からリハビリの日を増やすのはやめると言われました。
私が先週のリハビリの後に具合が悪くなったので、リハビリの日を増やすのは無理だと気を遣ってくれたみたいです。
それを聞いて安心する自分と、本当はもっとリハビリを頑張らないといけないのにと思う自分に複雑な思いでした。
あと、リハビリから帰って来ると地元の農家の人が秋の果物を持ってお見舞いに来てくれていました。
私が体調を悪くして食事を摂れなかったので、果物なら食べれると思って持って来てくれたみたいです、
どれも秋の果物で、私の好きな物ばかりでした。
私の周りの皆さんが私に早く元気になるよう気を遣ってくれてることに感謝する気持ちと同時に、リハビリセンターの先生にも、農家の人にも、ヘルパーさんや家族にも心配ばかりさせてる自分がとても申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。

아무도 가을 과일이었고, 내가 좋아하는 과일뿐이었습니다.
제가 빨리 건강해지도록 신경 써 주는 여러분에게 감사하는 마음과 함께, 재활 센터의 의사에게도, 농가의 사람들에게도, 헬퍼씨나 가족에게도 걱정을 하고 있을 뿐인 자신이 매우 죄송합니다.

だから後半のリハビリも休んでしまいました。
本当はまた栗拾いにも行きたかったけど、行けなくて残念な気持ちです。
でも、今日は少し良いことがありました。
お昼頃ににわか雨が降ったあと、家のそばに大きな虹が架かりました。
本当に少しの雨ですぐに止んだんですが、とても綺麗な虹でした。
虹が消えると収穫がおわった田圃の上に青空と白い雲が広がって、優しい里山の景色を見せてくれました。

점심 시간에 소나기 비가 내린 후 집 옆에 큰 무지개가 나타났습니다.
비는 정말 빨리 멈췄지만 매우 깨끗한 무지개였습니다.
무지개가 사라지면 수확된 후의 논 위에 푸른 하늘과 흰 구름이 퍼져 매우 상냥한 전망이었습니다.
今日はリハビリが お休みの日だったので、またヘルパーさんと庭先の森へ散歩に出かけました。
すると、栗の樹の下に沢山の丸いトゲの実が落ちているのを見つけて、ヘルパーさんと一緒に栗拾いをしました。
とげの皮を剥くと中から転がるように栗の実が出て来てとても可愛いかったです。
たくさん獲ることができて本当に楽しい一日になりました。

Today is a day off from rehabilitation, so I went for another walk with my helper in the woods in front of the garden.
And then, We discovered a lot of round, thorny chestnuts lying on the ground under the chestnut tree.
The helper quickly brought a bucket and we both started picking chestnuts.
When I peeled the skin off the thorns, chestnuts rolled out and were very cute.
We were able to harvest a lot of chestnuts, so it was a really fun holiday.
