Emcee：Yeah. Can you give us some Troye Sivan house tips please? Asking for a friend.

Sivan：Almost everything in the house, all of the furniture is vintage, and locally sourced. And then, anything else that was new, we did a custom build for the house, so that was all done locally as well, using I'm pretty sure almost all local materials as well. So yeah, I don't know, I wanted the house to that actually was not really a sustainability was not necessarily the reason why I did that in the beginning.

Sivan：It was about I really wanted the house to feel like Melbourne to me, and feel local, and feel like Australian, and I just fell in love with a lot of the, you know, smaller vintage shops around and stuff like that. And so, it just kind of happened really naturally. But yeah, I'm happy that and also another. I think, one way, we were thinking about sending sustainability was, we wanted to build something that would last.

Sivan : So, kind of like, if you think about it, in the sense of like fashion or something like that, if you know, if you can, I think, building rather than flipping something that then you know, you're gonna that's gonna break, and then you're gonna sell it in five years or whatever, like I want my grandkids to inherit the house one day, so it's like, um yeah, we wanted to renovate once, and do it really really well with high quality materials, like locally sourced, so that, yeah, it's kind of like a one and done thing, that the house has been there for 150 years or something like that. And so, I just kind of see myself as the current custodian of it. So I want to build something that lasts.
シヴァン：ファッションとか、そういう意味で考えてみたら、すぐに壊れて5年後か何かで売ってしまうような家を建てたりするよりは、いつか孫たちに相続してもらえるような家にしたいよね。一度リノベーションして、地元産の高品質な材料を使って、本当に丁寧に仕上げたいと思うんだ。150年くらい前からそこにあった家に、ふさわしいようにね。ぼくはたまたま、現在この家の管理をしているだけさ。だから、長く残るものを作りたいんだ。

Troye Sivan has announced details of a huge UK and European tour for 2024.
The tour is in support of Sivan’s acclaimed album ‘Something To Give Each Other’, which was released back in October. The record ? Sivan’s first in five years ? scored the Australian a glowing five-star review from Nick Levine for NME. Levine wrote: “It’s a strikingly vital pop album charged with love, lust, sweat and regret. You won’t need a bosh of poppers to feel thoroughly intoxicated.”
Hailed by The Guardian as "one of this year's best and most distinctive pop albums" and celebrated by Rolling Stone as "a pristine slice of pop heaven," the Something to Give Each Other Tour is destined to be Sivan 's biggest, boldest and brightest tour.
Sivan’s 17-date run will begin in Portugal on May 29, 2024, before continuing throughout Europe. Sivan arrives in the UK on June 22 at the Manchester AO Arena; the tour will conclude in Birmingham.Tickets for the shows go on sale on December 8 at 9am.
