英語エッセイ＃24  おどろきの白さにっ !? 三円分析


In my imagining, business effort and personal achievement, 
私のイメージでは、企業努力にしろ個人の業績にしろ、
I believe below three circle can include the various pieces.
以下に示す三つの円で包括できると思っている。

手短に書くと、
この分析手法は「強みと弱み」や「モデル化」と言い表せる。
If you will find out something in the center golden zone,
もしあなたが中心の位置に何かを見いだすならば、
you or your company will be amazed at the results.
それはあなた、もしくは、あなたの会社が、
驚きの成果を得る事でしょう。

要するに、ハマってるかハマッてないかの話。

需要と供給のバランス。

付記

上記の細かな要素を、自社／自分が、
何％～何％の間で保有してるのか、書き込んでみる。
ちなみに自分の場合だと、

A4 サイズの紙で五枚ほど用意し、書き込んでいる。
強みや着手した事を埋めてみると、
逆に、全く触れられてない 弱みとかも見えてくる。

 

 

ちなみに藤田氏 ・サイバーエージェント社の場合は、

初期の立ち上げ期は、財務・経理や仕事の割り振りといった部分が、

全然ダメだった。

つまり、強み ( 矛 ほこ ) の分析と構築には長けていたが、

弱みの補強 ( 盾 ) は無頓着すぎた。

で、あやうく他社に身売りしそうになっていた。

まあ大体、どの会社もこんな感じらしいが。

TOEIC とか、ビジネス・ニュース・歴史などの、

オ・ト・ナの英語もお忘れなくっ

 

2.　1. のジャマ ( 障害 ) となるのは・・

　細かぁく書く事、つまり、時間のかけ過ぎっ

　↓

　Yamato 英和 lite ( 無料ソフト ) にて、

　荒 翻訳　⇒　コピーして貼り付け

　⇒　書き込む文字数・減少／時短。

　結局、書き込む時間が一番のムダやしねっ。

まずは、5 ～ 10 行ぐらいの単位 ≒ 段落 で、

荒い機械翻訳を敢行。【 Yamato 英和 lite にて 】

　↓

　荒翻訳であっても、段落ごとの意味は、

　かなりの部分、理解が可能なので、

　各・文章の意味も、芋づる式に類推しやすくなり、

　ムダに和訳に悩む時間を省ける。

　つまり、

　長時間、英語に接しても、頭が疲れにくいっ。

 

3.　英辞郎も忘れずにっ

　Yamato 英和 では、訳しきれないフレーズや単語も散見。

　そこは収録語数の多い、英辞郎の助けを借りる。

 

 

自分はちょっと古めの、

手短に話すと、なんと、

向こうから接触を希望してきたのだ。

我々は、ある人物の亡命と保護観察を依頼された。

The person is equal to Ms. Karen.

その人物とは即ち、カレン女史である。

The political case have a twofold significance.
