付記
上記の細かな要素を、自社／自分が、
何％～何％の間で保有してるのか、書き込んでみる。
ちなみに自分の場合だと、
A4 サイズの紙で五枚ほど用意し、書き込んでいる。
強みや着手した事を埋めてみると、
逆に、全く触れられてない 弱みとかも見えてくる。

ちなみに藤田氏 ・サイバーエージェント社の場合は、
初期の立ち上げ期は、財務・経理や仕事の割り振りといった部分が、
全然ダメだった。
つまり、強み ( 矛 ほこ ) の分析と構築には長けていたが、
弱みの補強 ( 盾 ) は無頓着すぎた。
で、あやうく他社に身売りしそうになっていた。
まあ大体、どの会社もこんな感じらしいが。
