Compendium
16世紀に著されたペドロ・ゴメスによる「講義要綱」（Compedium)が発見されたのは、1937年、Vatican古文書館においてであった。スウェーデンのクリスティナ女王が所有していたもので、ラテン語版と和書の２冊が発見された。
天草や長崎あたりから、まず中国大陸に渡り、西欧へと入ったらしい。持ち運んだのはもちろん、イエズス会宣教師たちで、女王の周辺には中国布教に携わった宣教師が少なからずいたと考えられている。長い年月を経て女王の所有になったのだろう。
才気煥発な女王はデカルトと交流を持ち、カトリックになったという。彼女がローマに居を移すのも当然だろう。こうしてローマに4世紀近く保管されてきた。
信長からヴァリニャーノに贈呈された安土城下町屏風もヴァチカンに保管されていたが、いまは紛失して、当時の豪華を偲ぶことはできない。ヨーロッパの乾燥した気候で、絵が自然に剥がれたとされる。
しかし、ラテン語と和訳では大分書いてあることが異なるらしい。いわゆる「霊魂不滅」の諸問題らしい。ラテン語では、参考文献、脚注ももれなく付いているが、和訳では略されている。
いつの時代もその言語を知らない限り、本質を知るのは難しい。
それでも当時の日本人司祭候補生は、初めて神学、アリストテレス哲学、後期スコラ哲学、最新の天文術、自然科学を知った。初めてこれらの形而上思想が日本に導入され、コレッジョが建ち、印刷出版された。
その意義は途方もない。

１、If you really would like to experience genuine tradition style of Japanese long history. It's indeed logical world than you could imagine.
2, Try Kaiseki style cuisines on Tatami mats with tokonoma alcove.
3,If you would like to be indulged with japanese spirits, and to try to understand how differs from your customes and spirits, just come and enjoy.
Course contents for 5 days, included kaiseki japanese cuisines
1st day: Japanese style room in details
2nd day : Japanese etiquettes and strict(don't worry!) manneres on Tatami mats. What is a proper way to walk and what shoudn't be done on that.
3rd day :Small tea ceremony, make tea myself, how to drink the cup of tea in proper manner and the meaning of appreciation in this way. The real Japanese spirits like tranquility, harmony, purification,respect for each other, tea and taoism, zen buddism, those strong linkage.
4th day : Real genuine manner of eating the Kaiseki style cuisines set on the zen tray. Even Japanese almost forget those respectable way of eating. The flow of Kaiseki, the meaning of chopstick, how to deal with the chopstick, the lid, the rice bowl, the soup bowl, how to drink Japanese sake, how to make seconds for the server, how to clean up, how should we close eating with gratitude for the master.
5th day : General practice, Spirits of East and West(all differences of eating habits,etc)

chambre a la japonaise traditional, l'espace, la decoration, l'art d'objet pour maison japonaise, la differance de style europeanne, la maniere de s'installer et faire du bout, la bow
Deuxieme jour : les etiquettes japonaise traditionel
Troisieme jour : A la ceremonie de te( je en feras simplement, maniere de boire une coup de te, l'esprits, l'histoire, le Zen Buddism,

La maniere de manger. La formula
