Hamo is a special fish, it's so big and vicious,

that cuisiniers need a special knife to remove bones etc..

And they need a liscence to cook this creature.

For me, it's season's greeting in Kyoto's humid summer.

It's indeed remarkable thing for us to have four seasons.

After 2070, it's predicted the world population is diminished.

Who are going to support the elderly people?

Solution in Germany and France

1, The German Style　ドイツの少子化対策

Elderly people who got time to kill are hired as a babysitter .

The government issues the coupon for the persons hired.

2, French style フランスの少子化対策と出生率上昇

The government gives money to families with babies, so that mothers can hire babysitters.

Even a small amount of money could be pleased by babysitters coming from Africa so on.

Besides, mothers can go back to their workplace in 4 months after giving birth.

I personally think that Germany style is better.

REASONS

1, Personnel recycle and circulation

Some people whomever aged , having spare time, want to kill time whatever,,,

They could turn their time and energy into the significant duties like this babysitter.

Through this, they can also earn.

2, social interaction

What counts most is that they can make social interactions.

They could be revitalized and this circulation contributes the local society to the direction where people help each other.

The local community well functions when only a real interaction is occurred.

In this net surfing age, it's more important to recognize.

イタリア大使館と忠臣蔵

In the spacious garden at the Embassy of Italy, there is a monumental rock dedicated to the worriors loyal to the master.

That's 忠臣蔵

When we were there, we prayed in a silence.

Pray to these 10 worriors loyal to their duties and the master by harakiri.

This area used to be a land of the Iyo clan, The Matsudaira, feudal load.

In meiji era, it became the Matsukata's ownership.

Japanese stroll style garden remains intact fortunately.

Among this, big white statue sculpted by Yasuda kan are well harmonized.

This conbination made me thrilled.

Elaboratedlly designed exterior , the vast garden well harmonized with nature surroundings, and the exquisite interior such as the marquetry commode, the abstract drawing, pair of candle holderes made of argent are the best among 76 embassies located at Minato ward.

ワークライフバランス

The other day, I got an opportunity to have an interview with a Dutch diplomat at the Royal Netherland Embassy.

Until this day, I had no idea about this country being No,1 as a worklife balance.

No drink after work, no golf with superiors in the weekend unlike Japanese people..

Instead, they spend more with families, do volunteer activities, do sports to release stress, so on.

During the workhours however, 'the ethics of the workplace' is being well prevailed , so they concentrate on their tasks.

So to speak, 'Public and Private' are pretty clear in this conutry.

Amazing!
