熱帯低気圧が午前３時に台風１１号になったと発表した。
夕方には強い台風となって時速２０キロで西へ進んでおり、
１２日には、フィリピン北部、１３日には南シナ海へ進む見込み。

中心付近の最大風速が３５メートル、最大瞬間風速が５０メートル。

マニラ湾に石油備蓄施設の送油管から軽油ドラム缶2500本相当が漏出。。
住民約３千人が被害を受けている。
フィリピン沿岸警備隊によると
マニラ湾の油流出事故で沿岸部に
油が漂着した自治体は
カビテ州ロサリオ、タンザ、ナイクの３町までひろがっている。
