中国がフィリピン近海、南シナ海のスカボロー礁に
コンクリートブロックを設置した様子を撮影した。

フィリピンはブロックが中国軍の施設建設に使用されるとみている。
スカボロー礁はフィリピンが実効支配してきたが
中国も領有権を主張し、対立を深めてきた。
中国は、1990年代後半から周辺海域への領海侵犯を繰り返しており
2012年4月には、複数の中国船が停泊を始めるなど、実効支配を進めている。

殺人未遂
神奈川県秦野署は
9月１日、殺人未遂の疑いで
秦野市に住むフィリピン国籍の女の容疑者（３３）を逮捕した。
逮捕容疑は
同日午前１時半ごろ、自宅で寝ていた夫（５０）の首を刃物で刺し
殺害しようとした疑い。
