爆弾テロ
フィリピン上院聴聞会で
国家警察長官が「ミンダナオ地方の都市狙ったテロ計画情報ある」と証言。
ミンダナオ地方コタバト、マギンダナオ両州で
爆発が３件発生、国軍兵７人が負傷した。
コタバト市の爆発現場からは
硝酸アンモニウムや燃料油の残留物が見つかっており
国軍は、東南アジアのイスラーム主義組織「ジェマ・イスラミヤ」の関与があった
と見ている。
マニラ市の控訴裁と司法省でも爆弾騒ぎがあったが
職員全員が避難したが、不審物は見つかっていない。

２日深夜、恋人と携帯電話の文字メールをやりとりしながら歩いていた男性(17)が
反対側から歩いてきた若者６人組の１人とぶつかり、
怒った６人組が男性を何度も刺す事件があった。
男性は病院に運ばれたが重体だという。

フィリピン マカティ市のアヤラ博物館でこのほど
草間彌生展「I Love Kusama」が開催されている。
9月1日まで開催されるという。
草間彌生（84）は長野県松本市生まれの彫刻家で画家。
水玉のモチーフを使うことが特徴。
ファッションデザインや小説執筆などの活動も行っている。
2012年には、ルイ・ヴィトンとの共同コレクションを発表した。
