マニラ湾に石油備蓄施設の送油管から軽油ドラム缶2500本相当が漏出。。
住民約３千人が被害を受けている。
フィリピン沿岸警備隊によると
マニラ湾の油流出事故で沿岸部に
油が漂着した自治体は
カビテ州ロサリオ、タンザ、ナイクの３町までひろがっている。
