PDCA

The Enemy of the Best is, good

Good morning! ☀
Woke up at 5:30 AM today, and now I’m working on my blog post! ✨
It’s been about a year since I made it a rule for myself to finish dinner at least two hours before going to bed.
However, I recently heard that three hours is actually ideal, so I’ve been testing it out.
And wow—leaving a three-hour gap makes a huge difference. When I wake up in the morning, my body feels so light, it’s as if I’ve lost 3 kg!
It feels like I’ve grown wings.
Now, looking at the math: to hit the sack by 10:00 PM, I need to finish eating by 7:00 PM.
That means I have to be back home by 6:30 PM.
On days I finish work at 5:30 PM, I usually hit the gym, but that gets me back home around 7:00 PM.
Diet vs. Exercise—which one should take priority in terms of Productivity/Quality?
In times like this, it would be amazing to have the best of both worlds.
If I get home at 7:00 PM and wrap up dinner by 7:30 PM, I can still secure 2.5 hours for digestion.
For now, this seems like a solid compromise. I'll just adjust as I go.
Life really is a continuous cycle of PDCA! (lol)
"The Enemy of the 'Best' is the 'Good.'"
The time has come to truly live by these words.
Let’s make today a highly creative and exciting day!
