本日は5時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
リスクを伴う意思決定を行いたいか、
行いたくないかは問題ではない。
マネジメントは、
その責務からして必ず意思決定を行う。
違いは、責務を持って行うか、
無責任に行うかだけである。
成果と成功についての妥当な
可能性を考慮に入れつつ行うか、
でたらめに行うかだけである。
10代や20代で
出会ったのものを
掘り返して、
深めていく時期みたいです
Druckerのマネジメント、
言わずとしれた名作です
最初に買ったのは2016年
のようなので、
丁度10年前ですね
28歳、
企画室に異動して2年経ち
色々と模索し、
て本を買い漁っていた頃です
当時のメモを見ると、
3周はしたようですね
あれから10年経って、
5月から毎日少しづつ読んでます
全然進まないんですよ、
一文一文が名言過ぎて（笑）
言葉自体は難しくないんですけどね、
一語一語が芯を食っている
村上春樹、drucker、Stephen
なとなどの記録に残る作家達
やはり名作というのは、
読めば読むほど味が出るようです
本との戦いです、
自分のレベル次第で理解度が
変わる気がしてます
The Enemy of the Best is, good
この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました
本日も最高に創造的で、

Good morning! Up at 5 AM today for my blog post.
It doesn’t matter whether you want to make decisions that involve risk or not. By the very nature of their responsibility, management must make decisions. The only difference is whether they do so with a sense of accountability or irresponsibility.
It comes down to whether they act while considering the reasonable probabilities of results and success, or whether they simply do it blindly.
It feels like this is a time to dig back into, and deepen my understanding of, the things I encountered in my teens and twenties.
Drucker’s Management—a masterpiece that needs no introduction. It looks like I first bought it in 2016, so it’s been exactly 10 years. I was 28, two years into a transfer to the planning department, fumbling around and buying up books. Looking at my notes from back then, I see I went through it three times.
Ten years later, I’ve been reading it a little bit every day since May. I’m barely making any progress because every single sentence is a quote in itself (haha). The words themselves aren't difficult, but every single one of them hits the mark.
Haruki Murakami, Drucker, Stephen—authors whose work stands the test of time. Truly, masterpieces only get better the more you read them. It’s a battle with the book; I feel like my level of understanding changes depending on my own growth.

The time has come to really engage with this concept. Let’s have another incredibly creative and exciting day!
