おはようございます☀
本日は5時起床、
ブログ投稿です✨️
何だかmorning page
の文章が進まないなと
思って振り返ってみたところ
gymでの筋トレが
二週間行ってないんですね
毎朝の筋トレで最低は確保してても、
やなり二週間もgym行かないと
なんかしっくり来ないですね
ちょっと今日は無理してでも、
gymに行ってこようと思います

この言葉に本気で取り組む時が来ました

Good morning ☀
Woke up at 5:00 AM today, and now I'm working on my blog post ✨
I felt like my Morning Pages weren't flowing very well today, so I took a moment to reflect.
That's when I realized—I haven't been to the gym for weight training in two weeks.
Even though I do my minimum workout every single morning, not hitting the gym for two weeks just makes me feel like something is missing.
So today, even if I have to push myself a little, I'm going to make sure I go to the gym.
“The enemy of the best is the good.”
It’s time for me to truly live by these words.
