Free（フリー）が1970年7月にイギリスのITV（独立系テレビ局）Granada TV（グラナダ・テレビ局）の「Doing Their Thing ...」と言う番組に出演した時の映像。
恐らくこの映像はDVD「Forever（フォーエヴァー）」に収録されているもの（ただし未確認です）。
"Songs Of Yesterday"は1969年10月にリリースされた、Freeの2ndアルバム「Free」に収録された曲。
Andy Fraser（アンディ・フレイザー、Ba.）とPaul Rodgers（ポール・ロジャース、Vo.）によって書かれた曲。
