怒！Can we trust the politicians?
私たち日本人とは全く言葉も通じず、遠い遠い星に住んでいる人間のような存在に思えます。
国民とは程遠い生活を送っていて、全く国民のことを考えていない遠い世界に住む人間。
このような人たちは時々、衝撃的な言葉で私たちを驚かせてくれます。
恐ろしく無神経な言葉で。
食品安全に対する大田誠一農水相の最近の一言は
「国民がやかましいから、対応せざるを得ない」
数年前にスーパーフリー事件で、同じ人物は「レイプする人はまだ元気があっていい」と言いました。
柳沢元厚生労働大臣の子供を産む機械発言もそう。
人間としての常識からかけ離れています。自分の言葉で多くの人を傷つけてもそれさえ気づかない鈍感さです。
今、日本中はオリンピックの話題ばかり。もちろん、オリンピックを見るのは楽しいし、感動もします。けれどもメダルはメダリストのもの。私たちの人生が薔薇色に変わるわけではありません。
東京都は８年後にオリンピック地に立候補しました。
しかし、東京都にそんな余裕があったとは知りませんでした。
新銀行東京の莫大な累積赤字の解決は？
東京都知事は「是非東京でオリンピックをしたい。足りない分は国が出すべきだ。そんなこともできないようじゃ、日本も終わりだな」
と言い放ちました。あれもほしい、これも欲しい。まるで子供のようです。
大きなお金を動かせる立場の人は、人から預かったお金も自分のお金だと錯覚してしまうのでしょうか？
だからこそ、そんな発想しかできないでしょうか？
それとも、支持率をあげるという目の前の目的しか目に入らないのか‥
政治を動かす立場にいるのなら、それなりの人格や能力をみせてほしい。
２階から落ちる人と、１０階から落ちる人の違いはなんでしょう。
１０階から落ちる人は２階から落ちる人よりも時間がかかるが、落ちたときのダメージが大きい。しかも落ちている最中さえ気がつかない。「まだ７階だから大丈夫。５階だから大丈夫」
しかし、地面にたたきつけられる日は必ず来る。。。
国際交流パーティ～in お台場 !
We made it to the international party! It was nice drive all the way to Odaiba. More than 300 foreigners are living in the dorm; researchers and students some with their families. The open space was used for cuisine from different countries.
週末はお台場で国際交流パーティーに参加してきました！
友達が住んでいる、外国人専用のドミトリ（学生と研究者しかは入れないそうですが）は、個人用、カップル用、家族用と分かれていて、部屋もすごく広くてきれい。
絶えずいろいろなイベントがあって、ここなら日本語がしゃべれなくても、
寂しくないわね～
これがその建物。ロケーションもすごくいい。駅やショッピングモールもすぐそば。The buildings are modern structures with Steel and glass with high ceiling and antiseismic system. An open space for barbecue parties.
真ん中に盆踊りのやぐらがあって、
夕方からは浴衣姿の外国人がいっぱい。
Milは昔の友達に６年ぶりにばったり。という、うれしいハプニングもあったりで‥
Other floors were used to introduce Japanese culture: Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement), Japanese tea ceremony, dance and Japanese calligraphy… In the night they bonodori with foreigners also participating to the dance! I tried myself few years ago but believe me it’s very hard.
建物の中に入ると、日本文化を紹介するイベントをやっていました。
Our beagle was the attraction of the day since no other dog was there. Here he is drinks water cos' he was thirsty after running around all the place!

Milは友達と、生け花に初めて挑戦！
真面目な顔で集中しています。できあがりにはふたりとも大満足。
ふたりとも自我自賛。先生、ご指導ありがとうごさいました。
「こんなに短く切っちゃうの？」
「いいの。バランスを考えてやっているんだから‥」
私がそういうと、まるでプロのような口調で教えてくれました。
we went to check the
Japanese corner where I gave a try to the Ikebana, a Japanese art of
flower arrangement. I liked it and I read many books about it but it
was the first time I tried it.
The angle of flowers, their lengths, their colors… are all taken in consideration.
中には外国人の作品もありました。
The tea ceremony was nice to watch, I participated many years ago in traditional house in Kanzawa, this time I just took some pictures from the ceremony.
Milは生け花やお茶が好き。
盆栽も好きです。
どれもシンプルなものの中に、
大きな自然や、精神性がかくれているような感じに惹かれるのでしょうね～
友達にもあってたくさんおしゃべりをして、楽しみました！
乗鞍高原でリフレッシュpart2～Waterfalls in Norikura Kogen
We have been in Norikura Kogen. That was my first time and I liked the place; especially the waterfalls. I visited three of them:
Milが一番気に入っていたのは、滝！彼は３つも滝を制覇しました。愛犬と一緒に。
番所大滝までの道は、険しい階段をどんどん下って行きます。
帰りの登り道は思いやられるな～案の定登りで私はばてばてに。
２つ目からは私はパスすることに。
滝に続く道はこんな感じ。
私が行ったのははじめの滝だけ。２つ目からは断念。
二つ目の滝。善五郎の滝
It looks like long walk to this one! When I look at our beagle, he knew what I was asking him. We walked for about 20 minutes across quiet nature. From time to time we cross some visiters most of them ladies and men very genki. They were surprised to see a beagle walking in the nature, some of them were more surprised to see a foreigner so I had to say konichiwa then a conversation started...
３つ目は三本滝という滝です。道なき道を抜けて‥ここまでの道のりは大変だったようです。トップに載せた愛犬の写真はこの滝のところで撮ったものです。
Milが写真を撮るために、「Wait!」と言って待たせていたつもりが、彼の後を追って、犬も一緒に来ちゃったようです。
The Sanbondaki was also very hard to reach with small and risky roads but once there you forget the pain. The pic above was taked from a rock , a dangerous task I will not recommend.
それにマイナスイオンがいっぱい。

What a Friday!～暑かったですね。。
-Before lunch an earthquake comes scare us and made us forget the heat.
The opening of the olympic was a breathtaking during the first minutes, with Chinese showing off their 5000 years old history in few minutes to the world with new technologies and lot of fireworks!
-I called the renew our subscription to the cable TV and to my surprise my old one was not canceled for months for a service I was not using. Waooo
!-Walking our beagle in the evening and met a neighbor I did not see for a whilel I was delighted to see him again since the old guy had heart problem in the past.よかった！
Today we are invited to an international party far away from home! Can we make it? Hope so.
暑かった一日。Mil はついに１階のリビングルームにコンピュータをおろしてきました。
２階はサウナのようなので‥
３人でちんまり（本当は２人と１匹だけど‥）１つの部屋にこもっていました。
キャンセルしたはずのケーブルテレビからまだお金が引き落とされていることが発覚！しかも８ヶ月まえから。
全く信じられないことです。はあ～またか。
いつもこのケーブルテレビとはトラブルがいっぱいなんですよ。
オリンピックの開会式は見ましたか？私たちの感想は,単純に素晴らしかったという印象‥楽しみました。
あの統一感はある意味怖い感じもしましたが、中国の長い歴史を感じました。Wooow!
