It is unforeseeable how the Supreme Court will decide ultimately. But I believe barely in intellectuals and their influence in the US because of their behavior just as this judgment, in spite of all negative events since 2016. Contrary, political situation of Japan is hopeless. Strengthening of antidemocracy, xenophobia, anti-intellectualism, intolerance etc. is common phenomena to both countries. However, conditions of Japanese society are much deeper in the crisis, because there are so a few intellectuals in true meaning in japan that dangerous current go on without almost any barrier.

Japan takes much less international responsibility than European progressive countries. Japanese companies are competing against their rivals unfair. Not only refugee policy shows us the defectivity of Japanese state and society, but also (A) Labor, employment and wage policy, (B) women and family policy, (C) educational policy, (D) environmental policy, (E) issues around freedom and democracy and so on.

Shortly said, the political and economic Establishment of Japan has been made the state and the society so anti-liberal (here, liberal in etymological meaning), i.e., so undemocratic, that employers can let work their employees arbitrarily, so that manufacturing companies can produce their products at lower costs than their foreign rivals.

Therefore, it is problematic, to conclude any free trade agreement with Japan, and to import the products made in Japan, with low custom duties.

Problematic countries are not only Japan. What is more, grades of problematicality are different by countries. We need the equation/formula with which we can calculate custom duties of countries. Variables are indices which represent progressiveness/regressiveness of each country, concrete said, how free and democratic the country is, how many wage and/or salary employees receive, how long employees work, how good/bad working conditions are, how equal positions of both genders are, how equally children from varied social groups are educated, how correct the state and the society treat sexual minorities, handicapper of any kind, racial/ethnic minorities etc., how many refugees the state accepts, how few weapons the country exports, how sustainably official agencies and commercial companies treat ecological system and so on.

I know that it is very difficult to define the equation. Some countries want large coefficient for index X, and others would like small one. These states claim to enlarge the coefficient for index Y, and those demand to diminish. The deal will continue decade to several decades. Even with all difficulties we have to however make it.

We need a social globalization instead of the market-radical globalization. We need a globalization oriented toward solidarity instead the globalization oriented exclusively toward self-responsibility. We need a sustainable globalization instead of the globalization destroying the eco-system. We need human globalization. We need a globalization of the people, by the people, for the people instead of the globalization of the capital, by the capital, for the capital. We need a cosmopolitanization, so to say.

I please you, the citizens all over the world, to know the political crisis situation in Japan, and to announce to people the situation.

Very roughly said, MIURA’s Statement itself is not so dangerous, that says, it threats the security of the society not so seriously. A little more exact said, her statement should not be danger to the peaceful life of the citizens at all. Her declaration is at the amateur-level. There are not only two defined falsehoods (or intentional lies), what are shown at the head of this article (http), but also more other questionable statements. If the Japanese society were normal, the staff of the program would not have invited Ms. MIURA, she would not have appeared to the TV-show, so that her remark would not have spread in all over the country.

What is essentially dangerous, i.e., what we must be fundamentally afraid of, is that
(1) Ms. MIURA is a lecturer of the University Tokyo (http://pari.u-tokyo.ac.jp/eng/info/people.html),
(2) her opinion is assessed as the knowledge of the specialist and has spread via tv-program countrywide,
(3) the largest political party (even though its absolute voting share of recent elections were ca. 20%) tries to represent the massacre under the fascist regime as what did not happened in the truth and/ or to legitimate it as a fair defense against Korean terrorists, and thereover to let people believe the fake history,
(4) although some medias are informing the readers about the revisionist actions of the governing conservative-reactionary party, the activities of the LPD are not so strictly criticized, more exact said, so very weakly announced, that completely majority Japanese don’t know at all that the LDP fakes the history.

I learned the above MIURA's article via a news-site on WEB (『三浦瑠麗「大阪にテロリスト分子が潜んでいてヤバい」とワイドナショーで「朝鮮人が井戸に毒」級の風説を流布して大炎上』). According to the report on the WEB page, Ms. MIURA said on 11th February in a television program that many North Korean sleeper agents are hiding in Japan and will carry out terror in Tokyo, Osaka and other cities, if the USA will attack North Korea. She had already written the similar opinion in the above-mentioned article of November 2017 and repeated her allegation once again in the blog article (『朝鮮半島をめぐるグレートゲーム』 “The Great Game around the Korean Peninsula”, on 12th February, http://lullymiura.hatenadiary.jp/entry/ 2018/02/12/205902) after she was heavy criticized because of her statement.

I studied comparative political science and got master title. The main object of my study was not the security policy. But I understand that we have neither to ignore nor to underestimate the danger e.g. the risk of the secret terrorists from enemy states. However, it is not to rationalize, in other words, not to legitimate that each person, who determine herself as a political scientist, claims on entertainment TV-show targeting not to the intellectuals, without any words to prevent the strengthening of discrimination, e.g., without any precaution against the increase of the racist attacks; a crowd of North Korean terrorists hiding now in Japan would massively destroy civilians during the future possible Second Korean War everywhere in this Northeast Asian island-state.

Februar in einem Fernsehprogramm gesagt, dass sich in Japan viele nordkoreanische Schläfer-Spione versteckt sind und sie beim Angriff von USA gegen Nordkorea in Tokio, Osaka und anderen Städten Terror ausüben. Sie hatte schon im obengenannten Artikel von November 2017 ähnliches geschrieben und hat noch einmal im Blogartikel (『朝鮮半島をめぐるグレートゲーム』 „Das Große Spiel um die Koreanische Halbinsel“ den 12 Februar, http://lullymiura.hatenadiary.jp/entry/2018/02/12/205902) ihre Behauptung wiederholt, nachdem sie wegen ihrer Äußerung heftig vorgeworfen worden ist.

Ich habe an einer Universität vergleichende Politikwissenschaft studiert und Masterarbeit fertigt. Der Hauptgegenstand war zwar nicht die Sicherheitspolitik, aber ich verstehe, dass Gefährlichkeit, also Risiko, von geheimen Terroristen aus feindlichen Staaten nie zu ignorieren und/oder zu unterschätzen ist. Dennoch ist es nie zu rationalisieren also nie zu berechtigen, dass jeder sich als Politikwissenschaftler definierende Mensch in Japan im nicht auf intellektuelle Zuschauer gezielten Unterhaltungsprogramm ohne Wort zur Prävention der Stärkung der Diskriminierung, also ohne Vorsorge gegen Zunahme der rassistischen Angriffe, diejenige Äußerung ausübt, eine Menge der sich in Japan jetzt verbergenden Terroristen aus Nordkorea solle beim zukünftig möglichen Zweiten Koreakrieg überall im nordostasiatischen Inselstaat auch Zivillisten massiv vernichten.

Ich bitte Sie, die Bürger der ganzen Welt, darum, die politische Krisensituation Japans zu wissen und die Leute über die Situation zu informieren.

Ganz rau gesagt, ist MIURAs Aussage an sich nicht so gefährlich, d.h. für die Sicherheit der Gesellschaft bedrohlich. Ein bisschen genauer gesagt, soll ihre Äußerung eigentlich für den Frieden des Lebens der Bürger riskant sein. Ihre Erklärungen sind auf Amateur-Ebene. Nicht nur am Anfang dieses Artikels genannte zwei klare Irrtümer (oder absichtliche Lügen). Sondern auch gibt es viel Fragwürdiges. Ihr Wort beinhaltet zwar vermutlich unbewusste Diskriminierung, aber dieses sollte sich per Fernsehsendung in Japan überall nicht verbreiten, insofern die Gesellschaft Japans normal wäre.

Was wesentlich gefährlich ist, was wir grundsätzlich befürchten müssen, ist, dass
1 Frau MIURA der Lecturer der Universität Tokio ist (http://pari.u-tokyo.ac.jp/eng/info/people.html),
2 ihre Meinung als Erkenntnis des Spezialisten geschätzt ist und sich per Rundfunksendung nationalweit verbreitet haben,
3 die größte politische Partei (obwohl ihre absoluten Stimmenanteile letzter Wahlen etwa 20% waren) versucht, das Massaker unter faschistischer Regime als ein in Wirklichkeit nicht Geschehenes vorzustellen und/oder als die berechtigte Verteidigung gegen koreanische Terroristen zu legitimieren und darüber hinaus die Menschen solche gefälschte Geschichte glauben zu lassen,
4 einige Medien die Leser über die revisionistische Aktion der regierenden konservativ-reaktionäre LDP zwar informiert haben, aber diese Tätigkeit nicht so heftig kritisiert ist, exakter gesagt, so sehr gering berichtet ist, dass überwiegend mehrheitliche Japaner diese Geschichtsfälschung bei Regierungspartei überhaupt nicht wissen.

Wie ich direkt oben gezeigt habe, ist der Kern des Problems nicht MIURAs schriftliche und/oder mündliche Meinungsexpression mit geringer Qualität, sondern Eigenschaft/Charakter der seit mehrere Jahrzenten fast immer Japan regierende angeblich Liberal-Demokratische Partei und ihr rechtsextremistischer Ministerpräsident Shinzo ABE. Und zweit wichtigste Elemente sind Akademie und Journalismus Japans, die gegen aktuelle Entdemokratisierung und das Erstarken des Ethnozentrismus sowie Ausländerfeindlichkeit (apropos: Hass zielt nicht nur auf die Fremdländer, sondern auch auf die sexuellen Minderheiten, die Behinderten jeglicher Art, die Sozialhilfeempfänger, die Opfer der Naturkatastrophen u.Ä.) nicht kompromisslos kämpfen.

In Japan dürfen die Arbeitsgeber die Arbeitsnehmer so lange arbeiten lassen, dass in letzten Jahren etwa 100 Fälle des Todes durch Überarbeitung und schwach 100 Fälle des Selbstmordes durch Überarbeitung offiziell (von der Behörde) jährlich anerkannt werden. (Spezialisten des Sozialwesens sagen, die nicht offiziell anerkannte Fälle seien mehr.) Japanische Unternehmen konkurrieren mit europäischen Rivalen unfair. Den Unsozialstaat Japan als unsozial nicht zu anerkennen, ist für die Wohlfahrt der beschäftigten Bürger in Europa sehr problematisch.

Citizens of global society should know that Japan is one of the most undemocratic (politically least liberal and human rights most ignoring), least politically correct (minorities most hating and diversity of the society most disregarding), most unsocial (most market-fundamentalist and least solidary), and least environmentally friendly (the sustainability of ecology most unminding) States in the OECD countries.

Now we have to agree on a global standard. It must be democratic e.g. politically liberal. It must be politically correct e.g. it must respect diversity. It should be social that means the states have to secure each member of society the freedom not only nominally, but also really, in concrete terms, also in the sense of the material conditions. It has to consider the sustainability of society and ecology.
The states (both federations and federated states) and the private juridical persons that follow the standard must have advantages. For example, such states and juridical persons should be imposed low tariffs. In contrast, anyone who ignores the standard should receive disadvantages.

Of course, it must be related with the fair global standard, how much the discriminations against the foreigners, against the citizens with migration backgrounds, against the people of the certain sex, against the minorities regarding the sexual orientation and/or identity, against the Olds, against the children, against the handicappers and so on in the state and in the society are removed.

Bürger der globalen Gesellschaft sollen wissen, dass Japan einer der undemokratischsten (politisch illiberalsten und Menschenrechte ignorierendsten), politisch unkorrektsten (den Minderheiten feindlichsten und Vielfaltigkeit der Gesellschaft unterschätzendsten), unsozialsten (marktradikalsten und unsolidarischsten) und umweltunfreundlichsten (die Nachhaltigkeit der Ökologie missachtendsten) Staaten in den OECD-Ländern.

Jetzt müssen wir ein globaler Standard vereinbaren. Er muss demokratisch bzw. politisch liberal sein. Er muss politisch korrekt sein bzw. Verschiedenheit respektieren. Er soll sozial sein bzw. die Staaten sollen jedem Gesellschaftsmitglied Freiheit nicht nur nominal, sondern auch inhaltlich (konkret gesagt, auch im Sinn der materialen Bedingungen) zu sichern. Er hat die Nachhaltigkeit der Gesellschaft und Ökologie zu berücksichtigen.
Die Staaten, die Bundesländer und die privaten Körperschaften, die den Standard befolgen, müssen Vorteile haben, beispielweise niedrige Zollsätze zugeordnet werden.
Dagegen soll jeder, wer den Standard ignoriert, Nachteile empfangen.

Natürlich muss es mit dem fairen globalen Standard bezogen, wie weit die Diskriminationen gegen die Ausländer, gegen die Staatsangehörigen mit Migrationshintergründen, gegen die Leute des bestimmten Geschlechts, gegen die Minderheiten um sexuelle Richtung und/oder Identität, gegen die Alten, gegen die Kinder, gegen die Behinderten u.a. im Staat und in der Gesellschaft beseitigt.
