沖縄 瀬底島へ ビーチが綺麗

沖縄二日目。

地元の人おすすめの瀬底島に車できました。

I went to a beach called Sesoco island in my car.

自分の車でっていうときは　in my car といいます。

by car というときは、by my car と言えないので注意。

(実際はmy carではなくてレンタカーだけど。）

あっ、エイプリルフールだ。

何か嘘をつかなきゃ。

旅行中はどうしても食べ過ぎになるので

夜はホテルのジムでランニングしました。

ちなみにこの機械 running machine とかtreadmillといいます。

ブセナテラス in 沖縄 ここは日本の海外！？

甥っ子ちゃんの中学入学祝いで

沖縄のリゾートホテルブセナテラスへ。

I went to a hotel in Okinawa called ブセナテラス. My family invited me to come on this trip, which is to celebrate my nephew-in-law's entrance to junior high school.

ここはまるで日本のハワイです。

Okinawa is like a Japanese Hawaii; the weather is hot!

夕方だから日は照ってないものの、

リゾート感を高めるため女優ハット！？

It was hot by the pool, so I sat in one of the chairs with an umbrella above it to help cool off. I wanted to look like actresses do in movies, so I decided to wear my sun hat.

一応中学生時代はブラバンでサックスを

吹いていたのですが、

今では聞くほう専門です。笑

I had the chance to listen to sax music in front of the pool at the hotel. I was in a brass band when I was in school. I can't play anymore, but my previously fantastic saxophone skills now allow me to listen in a way that no one else can to this music. lol

どこかで聞いた、野菜から食べたほうがダイエットには良い

ということを思い出し、野菜中心に一回目はおかずをチョイス。

ダイエットとかいいつつ食べる気満々である。

When I eat dinner, I always remember that eating vegetables first is the healthiest. This made me decide to eat vegetables first when I was eating dinner at the hotel.

I said I am on a diet but I really feel like eating a lot of food.

ホテルに大好きな図書館が！（奈良にもあるけど）

置いている本がなんだか芸術的な写真集などが多くおしゃれな感じです。

芸術は個人的に興味外なのでお茶の出ないカフェという感じでした。笑

でも雰囲気が素敵。

せっかく来たから一応手には取ってみる。

明日は義理兄のプランではいろいろ観光地を回るようです。

個人的にはどこにもいかなくても、このホテルで二日は楽しめそうです。笑

生徒さんの合格結果を聞いたり

hotなニュースで一足先に春を感じています。

洋楽をたまにレッスンでしますが、たまにはJpopを

英語にして勉強するのもいいかなと思い旬な曲を

翻訳してみました。

歌詞は作者の気持ちが入るからそれを上手に組み込まないと

直訳ではおかしくなります。

うまく組み込めたかわからにけど、自分なりにはうまくいってます。笑

 今思いついたことを書きました。

 2015年も外国に関することばかりです。

どこかに行くことばかり。

あとやりたいことに集中して今年は無駄なこと無駄なことに時間を使わないようにしたいと思います。

関係ないですが頭が良くなるようにネギをたっぷり入れました。笑

そういえばこの前生徒さんに、バーゲンは英語でもバーゲンというの？ときかれたのを思いだしました。

bargainは英語で契約という意味もありますが、日本で使うのとおなじように、安売りという意味もあります。

の伝言ゲームをパーティでしました。

一つセンテンスを書いて左横の人に紙をまわして書いていくというゲーム！

かなり盛り上がります。
