salsa sole fish

Salsa Sole fish

Sole fish grilled with a touch of sake served atop a bed of greens. Salsa topping.

Hint: Solefish can be a bit fishy tasting, so cook with a bit of sake or white wine. Drain the sake or wine after it is cooked. The fishy taste will be drained with the sake.
