私ノリノリは、今年11月20日に開催する富士の国マラソンに出ます
今年で私も40歳、何か記念に残る事がしたくて人生一度フルマラソンに挑戦して見る事にした
でも何せ去年まで130キロもあった体、元々運動嫌いだったのでいきなり走る体などは無い
そこで、友人の木全君に相談してみた、彼は元有名自動車会社のマラソンランナーだった
I am going to run a full marathon at Fuji Shizuoka November 20th.
I am 40 years old and I want to do something special for myself which is run a full marathon.
I used to weight 130kg last year and I didn't to like to move myself a lot.
I asked my friend Kimata about work out. He used to be a marathon runner for car manuafactor.
木全君、彼はハーフマラソンランナーだった、なんと21キロを1時間4分で走った事あるそうだ
さすが元プロ、専門的に指導してくれた
基本的な筋力トレーニング、普段使う事の無い筋肉の運動
7時間のマラソン、時間のペース配分、的確に指導してもらえた
Kimata used to be a half marathon runner, he runed 21kilometer for only 1hour and 4minutes!
He is so pro that he's training is so right.
Basic muscle training and the muscles those I don't use often.
He tought me how to use time balance for marathon for 7 hours.

気分もよく、30分ノンストップで5キロ走れた
後は彼に教えてくれた練習内容で鍛える
後1ケ月がんばるぞー

I was feeling so good that I could run 30minutes nonstop.
I wll work on like he told me to.
1more month to go and I'll try my best.

葉巻コレクション. Cigar cllection
先日にも書いたが、名古屋で葉巻を30本ぐらい購入した
私ノリノリのアメンバーのazimut43sさんに一度に沢山の葉巻を持たない方がと言う指摘もあったが
私ノリノリの兄から、シガーケースをもらった
I talked about my cigar from posted blog, that I bought about 30 cigars.
Friend of mine from Ameblo Azimut43s commented me not to buy too many cigars at once.
But this time , I got nice cigar case from my older brother.
COHIBA 製の本格的なシガーケースだ、入れる気で入れれば100本以上の葉巻を楽に入れられる
私ノリノリの兄も以前葉巻を吸っていたが、何せお金がかかる遊びだとの理由で最近は吸わないそうだ
嬉しい事に、ケースの中には、COHIBA製高い葉巻が20本ぐらい入っていて、これも私にくれた
COHIBAの葉巻は1本3000円ぐらいから1万円以上するものが多いい、そんな高い葉巻をくれた兄貴に感謝
This is the cigar case from COHIBA. I can put more than 100 cigars in this case.
My brother used smoke cigars but he told me it takes a lot of money to enjoy cigars so that is why he quit.
The cigar case that he gave me, had more than 20 COHIBA cigars in it. For me, COHIBA cigars are to expensive and they start from 3000 yen to more than 10000yen.
Thanks to my brother.
私ノリノリのこだわりは、高いばかりでは無くお値打ちでイイ物だ
そこでこのシガーケースを使い、それらをよりいい物にする事だ
いつも行くバーラフロイグのマスターに頼んで管理してもらう事に
湿度を75~80度に管理する、ちょっと湿った感じがイイ
またここに通う楽しみができた、こうして自分の楽しみを自分なりに作りそんな遊びに共感してくれる仲間を作るのがFGプロジェクトだ
プールバーも終わり、最近モチベーションが下がっていたが、これから年末にかけてやりたい事を見つけ出したので、これから楽しみにして下さい

I asked the master from bar Lapghroaig to maintain the cigars for me.
Always keep cigars inhumed condition 75~80degree.
This is another thing that makes me go to the bar again.
Since the pool bar is closed, the mochibation for the FG project was kind of low, but lately I found something that make me keep going on FG project for Christmas season.
So stay in tune.

Today, I am spending my day like real Sunday , I went to get my cigars at Akamondou in Oosu Nagoya.
ここは名古屋でも有数な葉巻を扱うお店で、品数が充実している
This cigar shop is one of famous cigar shop in Nagoya.
ここにはたくさんの葉巻があり、選ぶのを迷うくらいだ
This shop carries many different kinds of cigars that I have hard time to choose from.
満足できる買い物が出来て、早速タイガーカフェに来て、葉巻を吸う(FG)
なかなか書けなかったブログも書けて、最高の日曜日を過ごしています

This is a cafe opened this July by friend of mine from Toyohashi.
名古屋の千種駅近くでやっている、彼女はとても料理が上手で、キッシュが美味い
この度ナシの焼き菓子を頂いた、やっぱり美味い
夜はバーとしてやっているそうだ、チャージが1500円とちょっと高めだが、ウイスキーがショットで150円から呑めるそうだ、今度また行ってみよう
The cafe is located near Chikusa Station and her favorite is pie.
I had a pear pie and it was so good which I knew.
At the night, it turns to be a bar and the charge is 1500 yen which is kind of expensive, but you can have your whisky from 150 yen which is very very cheap.
I will visit again for sure.

I got back to Nagoya and I went to Ken's Bar.
ここのバーは、私ノリノリが本格的なお酒を呑む時に行くバーだ
このバーのマスターは、FGメンバーのバーラフロイグのマスターの後輩だ
彼は名古屋観光ホテルで勤めて、お店を出した
とても隠れ家的でなかなかシャレオツだ
皆さんも本格的なカクテルを飲みたいなら是非訪ねみたらいいだろう
場所は名古屋市南区新瑞橋と笠寺の間の通り沿いだ
