あまり紹介したくはないのですが、とてもイイお店を見つけたので紹介したいと思います
I really do't want to introduce this bar that I went, because it's so good, but I am going to talk about this place.

字のごとく、お店が角にあるのです
豊橋の駅前をちょっと行った所にある古民家を改造した所で、和食では無くイタリアンのお店だ
シェフのM君とは何度かバー34の仲間と飲んだ事があるが、今回彼の腕の凄さを知った
店内はとてもオシャレでバーもあり、一人で行ってもいい感じで飲める
私ノリノリが好む隠れ家的なお店だ、機会があったら是非皆さんも
The word KADO means corner. And located at the corner.
This bar's building is rebuild of Japanese old house. They do not provide Japanese cuisine, they provide Italian cuisine .
I knew the chef Miyake from our friends bar 34. I am so impressed by his work.
It's so good that they have bar and so quiet to drink by yourself.
This place is going to be my favorite place for sure.

今日は、FGサブリーダーの堀内君と三重県桑名市まで薪暖炉を見に行って来た
I and Horichi our FG subleader went to see fire place in Kuwana city Mie.

ここの社長さんとは、船を通じて知り合いになった、社長さんの長谷川さんはとても個性的でバイタリティーを感じる
なぜここに来たかというと、FGプールバーに展示しているムーバブルハウスの中に暖炉を展示する予定になったからだ
This company is the importer of fire places.
I knew the president Hasegawa through marine. He is the character and has a lot of energy.
The reason why I visit him is there is a plan to put fire place in the movable house at FG pool bar as a demo.
カナダ製やヨウロッパ製の暖炉を展示、実際に火を着けてもらい体感
実にイイ、本物の火を見ているだけでとても落ち着く
こんなオシャレな暖炉がFGプールバーに来たらなかなかオツだ
They sell all different type of fire places from Canada and Europe. Light up the fire for real and felt what it's like. I never get bord by looking at the fire and felt so relaxing.
It's so fantasic that installing fire place at FG pool bar.

同僚と立ち飲み Standing bar with company mate
昨日、会社の同僚のK君と豊橋の立ち飲み屋に行って来た
Yestaurday, I went to the standing bar with company mate K.
立ち飲みの旭屋だ、ここは多分豊橋で一番古い飲み屋だと思われる
65年の歴史を持つお店だ、元々酒屋さんでその時代からだと80年以上だ
Asahiya, this bar is the oldest bar in Toyohashi area.
The history is 65 years and 85 years in liquor shop.
お店はとても古いが、とても綺麗だ
このお店のすごいのは、灰皿が無くタバコの灰 スイガラは全て床に捨てるのだ
なのにお店はびっくりするくらい綺麗だ
グラスも丹念に一つ一つ一分以上時間をかけて洗っている(FG)
食べ物も美味しく、お袋の味的な感じだ、もちろん値段もリーズナブルだ
会社のK君とはとてもイイ話ができた、また来よう
The bar is very old , but the bar is very clean.
They don't have any ash trays and all the ashes goes to the floor.
But the bar is super clean.
All the glass are very clean, they clean each glass take more than 1 minute.
The food is very good like house made kind and very reasonable.
I really had a good talk with K-kun.

葉巻の美味しい吸い方 Good way to taste the cigars
最近葉巻の味が分かる様に段々なってきた
葉巻を管理するうえに大事なのが湿度だ
段々秋めいてきて、乾燥して来た此の頃だが、なんだか味にまるさがない様に感じる
先日のブログでもお話したが、バーラフロイグで湿度管理してもらい保管してもらっているが、冷えた環境で保管しているせいか、味が辛く感じる
Lately, I started to understand about cigar taste.
To keep the cigar in good condition, the humid is very important.
The season is now in Autum, the air is getting dry. I feel that my cigar taste is getting kind of dry.
I talked about my cigars kept at bar Laphloaig from posted blog. My cigars which kept in wine seller to keep them in humid condition, but the temperature is low which makes the taste kind of bitter and dry kind.
そこで考えたのが、葉巻と一緒に飲む水割りを少々ペーパータオルに浸し、それを葉巻に巻き、ちょこっと空気が抜ける程度サランラップを巻く
そして30秒電子レンジで温める、10分以上蒸らせばちょうどいい感じで、湿った葉巻の出来上がりだ
味の方は私ノリノリ的には、まろやかになっていい感じだ、是非皆さんもやってみては
So I came up the idea how to make the cigars in good condition.
Poor small portion of whisky water to the paper towel then put it around the cigar.
Use plastic foil to cover it and make sure that air can get out. Use microwave to heat about 30seconds.after that leave it for more than 10minutes for steam it.
You will have a good conditioned cigar. I think the taste turns to be very mild. I hope very body try it.

昨日は久しぶりにジムに行って来た
プールバーも終わり、忙しい日々も無くなり少しずつ平常を取り戻して来た
でも私ノリノリは次なる目標がありそれは、フルマラソンに出る事だ
歳も40何か記念になる事をやり遂げたい
11月20日に富士の国マラソンに奇跡的に当選して、これから頑張って体を作りあげたいと思います
でも初日から飛ばしすぎて、8キロも走り、体が全身筋肉痛です
何事にもチャレンジ、頑張りたいと思います
