今回いっしょに来てくれた河口君の仕事だ

流石プロ、慣れた手つきで見る見るうちに船がキレイになって行く
私ノリノリが水洗いしている間に、もう一隻の船の磨き作業に入った、時間を無駄にしない
He is so pro that the boats turned to be so clean.
While is working on the big boat, he started to work on the other boat. He does not waste the time.
フロントのガラス部分も磨いてくれた
Cleaned the windsield, too.
とにかく船がキレイになって行く
Both the boats are getting so beautiful .
船ばかりキレイにするだけでは無く、私たちもお風呂で一日の疲れを洗い流す
私ノリノリの船が保管してある所は民宿で、なかなかのお風呂がある(FG)
Not only cleaning the boats, we wash ourself too.
The place where I keep the boat is the Japanese old fashion hotel and has the hot tubs.
4日間もお世話になったので、お礼に鳥羽の町に切り出し、地元で唯一軒のバープースバーに行って、酒を呑む、これがいいんです
After working for 4 days, I took him to downtown Toba for a drink. There is only one bar called Puosse Bar. We had a great time together.

本格的な船の整備その2. Serious boat maintenance P2
先日に続き船のメンテナンスです
私ノリノリがデッキの担当で、2日かけてチークデッキをベルトサンダーで一皮捲り高圧洗浄機でホコリを洗い流します
I did all the sandpaper work on the teak deck and took me hall two days to finish. Then I used high pressure washer to clean the all the dust from sanding.
薬品を使い、機械で届かない場所をこまめに洗浄します、手袋を使わなっかたので後で手があれました
Use the chemicals to clean the places where the machine cloud not reach. I forgot to use the gloves and my hands got so bad later on.
完璧な仕上がりです、これならプロの業者並みの仕上がりです
本当ならこの後に専用のチークオイルを塗るのですが、あいにく雨が降り出してオイル塗りは中止です
It's a perfect job and it is the pro finish.
I was going to put the teak oil after this, but it started to rain so I gave up on the work.
せっかく来たので時間を無駄に出来ません、次のデッキの捲り作業の準備に入ります
木目の間のシリコンゴムをカッターで取り除く作業です、とにかく面積が広いので時間との戦いです
I can't waste the time so I started to work on next step. I used the cutter to take off the silicon between the teak decking. There are so many places to work on, the time is all I need.

晩餐 Dinner
住み込みで船の整備しに来たが、楽しく過ごすに欠かせないのが食事だ
せっかく河口君にも4日間も来てもらったので、船の中で最高の時間を過ごしてもらいた
そこで私ノリノリが腕を振るって食事を作った
港の漁協で買ったカワハギ
字のごとく、皮をはいでみた、意外と簡単だ
三匹あったので、二匹は煮付けにした
もう一匹は形が良かったので刺身にしてみた、肝が美味い
他に麻婆ナス、カワハギのアラで作ったみそ汁でお腹を満たした
明日も大変な作業が待っているので、朝食の準備を今からします

河口君は副業で車磨きの仕事をしているので、手伝ってもらう事にした

一方私ノリノリは、チークデッキのメンテナンス、新艇から始めての一皮捲る作業です
七年間の汚れをはぎ取ります、写真の真ん中が捲った跡です、周りがどれだけ黒ずんで汚れてるかわかるでしょう
細かい所は、小さめのサンダーで丁寧に捲ります
二日間かけて、二階部分のフライブリッジのデッキが捲れた
最初は60番のサンダーで荒削り、2回目は仕上げで120番のペーパーを当てる
根気の作業です、道具はホコリまるけ
明日は朝から、高圧洗浄機でホコリを流し、道具が使えなかった所をアメリカから購入した薬品でところどころ洗浄
午後から乾いたら、チークオイルでデッキを保護します
まだまだ続きます、河口君、今日はご苦労様でした

葉巻にはまる Beauty of cigar
先日に書いたが、最近葉巻にはまってます
元々タバコは吸わないが、お酒を美味しく飲むアイデムとして、葉巻を吸う様になった
I talked about the cigar from posted blog and I am really into the cigars.
I was never been a smoker, but the reason why I smoke the cigar is for drinking.
シガーをウイスキーを浸したペーパータオルで包み、30秒電子レンジで温め10分ほど蒸らす
Wet the paper towel with whisky and role around it then cook it in microwave for 30 seconds and leave it for 10 minutes.
するとイイ色に変色した湿ったシガーの出来上がりです
味の方は私ノリノリ的に、辛味が無くなり、丸くなった感じがする(FG)
湿ったせいか、吸う時間も長くなり、よりお酒を楽しめれる
The cigar turned to be a nice color and so humid.
The taste turned to be mild not dry kind, this is the way I like.(FG)
Since it's so humid and not dry, it takes more time to finish so you can enjoy your whisky long period of time.
