清水の友達 Friends in Shimizu
昨日は、東京から車の停めてある三島まで新幹線で戻り、豊川に戻ります
I got back to Mishima to get my car from Tokyo then head back to Toyokawa.
再びトラックに乗り換えます Once again, ride on the truck.
なんとなく、昔の友達に会いたく、清水に寄りました
All the sudden, I wanted to see my friends in Shimizu.

この店の女将さんのみえさん
彼女は、以前私ノリノリ22才、ここ清水でタンクローリーの運転手をやっている時始めて声をかけてくれた人だ
She is the owner of this Izakaya.
She was the first person who talked to me first when I did not have any friends here.
こちらはマスターの前澤さん He is the master Maezawa.
私ノリノリが一人清水にきた時に全く友達がいない時、彼らが私にたくさんの友達を紹介してくれた、私にとって親みたいな人だ
もぉー20年近くの付き合いだ、彼らとは、いっしょに国内旅行やアメリカ旅行したりとてもイイ人間関係を持っている
みえさんのお店は、以前私ノリノリがよく行く名古屋の手羽先のお店の味に惚れこみ、ここ清水で名古屋流の手羽先のお店をやっている
マスターは離れで、焼き鳥のお店をやっている、マスターは手品が上手で、いつもお客さんを手品で楽しくしてくれる
昨日は偶然昔の仲間に会えてとてもイイ時間が過ごせました(FG)
When I came to Shimizu alonene, they are the people who introduced a lot of people to me. They are like my parents.
We know each other almost 20 years. We have traveled a lot in Japan and America as well.
Mie owns a chicken wing restraunt now, and she learned the recipe from the store that I go a lot in Nagoya.
Master owns a BBQ restraunt and he likes to show tricks for the customers those makes people always laughter.
I happen to see old folks last night which we had a great time (FG).

四ツ谷メディカルキューブ. Yotsuya medical cube
今日は私ノリノリの一年半検診で四ツ谷メディカルキューブに行った
最初の頃のブログにも書いた事があるが、痩せる為に私は胃袋を95%切除した
I went to see my doctor today for one and half year checking at Yotsuya medical cube.
I talked about my surgery from posted blog, I cut 95% of my stomach.
以前はこんな感じ130キロ
This is me when I was fat, 130 kilo.
今はこんな感じ、一年で50キロ以上痩せた
隣にいるのが笠間先生だ、私ノリノリの人生を変えてくれた人だ
TBS系の番組、これが世界のスーパードクターにも出るくらい凄い先生だ
Now is like this, I lost about 50 kilos.
The person next me is Doctor Kasama, he changed my life in good way.
He was in TV program Super Doctor, and I think he is a super, too.
こちらは中里(左)さん、彼はカウンセラーで色んな相談になってくれる
キクカワさん(右)、彼女は栄養士で術後の食事の正しい取り方を丁寧に教えてくれる
こんな素晴らしいスタッフでこのダイエット治療が行われるいる

Tokyo walk
今日は病院に行って、1年半検診です
そこで病院まで歩く事に、病院は四ツ谷にあり、私ノリノリが居る三田からは約4キロです
ちょうどイイウォークです
Today I go to the hospital for my 1 and half year body check.
The hospital is at Yotsuya and I live in Mita, so it is about 4 kilometers.
It will be a good walk.

ここは家から近く、何かと便利で私ノリノリがいつも行くところだ
ちなみに昨日の夜も、姉の家族といっしょに食事をした

This place is very near by from my house, and I come here often.
I had a dinner with my sister's family last night here.
ここはかつてポルシェの展示場だった、ミツワ自動車の六本木ショウルーム
残業な事に今では、アウディのショウルーム
This place used be a show room for Porche owned by Mizuwa.
Sadly, it's a show room for Audi now.
さすが東京、展示してあるモデルも違う、R8 こんなのが普通に売れるだな
R8 this is the model very hard to see, off course Tokyo is different.
赤坂の全日空前の歩道橋、普段あまり歩道橋など渡る事が無いのでわたろう

赤坂溜池の繁華街でシガーショップを見つけた、残業な事に朝早くまだやってなかった

I found a cigar shop at Akasakatameike, too bad that the shop was not open yet.
I wish that we can purchase cigars like this.

I found a boat house in downtown.
約50分かけて、四ツ谷の病院に着いた
とてもイイウォークだった(FG)
Took me about 50 minutes to hospital in Yotsuya.
What a great walk (FG).

昨日夕方に東京入りして早速新橋へ

SL広場、ここは日本を代表するサラリーマン所だ、とにかく人がたくさん
SL train palace, this place is known as business man place. There are many many people.
なぜ新橋かと言うと、ここには私ノリノリが日本で一番だと思う雀荘がある
その名もリーチ
Why Shinbashi? There is a mahjang place where I think the best of the best.
The name is Reach.
ここはいつでもサラリーマンで一杯、とにかく流行っている
さぁー勝負だ！ ！
結局負けた😭😭
でもここの雀荘はいつも気持ちよくしてくれる(FG) だからまた着たくなる
The place is filled with business men.

下田の事でも書こう
昨日は仕事で下田に居たが、夕方にする事が無かったので、ランキングに行ってきた
私ノリノリは来月にフルマラソンを予定しているで、そろそろ真剣に練習しないとヤバイ事になって来た

下田は観光が盛んな所で見る所がたくさんある
ここは黒船で日本に来たペリーさんの銅像だ
Shimoda is a tour place where a lot of places to see .
This is a bronze statue of Captain Perry.
ここは、私ノリノリのアメブロのプロフィールの写真で使っている船の背景の防波堤だ
なかなか来る機会が無かったのできて見た
This is a sea wall which I use for my picture for my blog profile. I never had a chance to come here.
ここは玉泉寺、黒船ペリー艦隊の乗組員のお墓があるところだ
毎年5月黒船祭りに、アメリカ海軍第7艦隊が来て参拝するのだ
そのお祭りに参加するので、私ノリノリもよく下田に来る
This is Gyokusenji, this temple takes care of the grave of crew Black ship.
Every May, there is a Black ship festival and American Navy come down to here for pray.
That is the reason why I come to Shimoda a lot.
結局トータルで7キロくらい走った、ジムと違い走っててとても気持ち良かった(FG)
I run about 7 kilometers total, it was different from running in the gym and I felt so good.(FG)
