ついにやったぞ～！ I did it !!
以前からブログの方でもマラソンの事に付いて何度かお伝えしましたが
ついに昨日、フルマラソン(42.195キロ)を完走する事が出来ました
スタート前、余裕の表情
一万人のランナー、一度限りの第二東名高速道路開通記念マラソン、一応公式マラソン
写真は撮れなかったが、石原良純や内田君もゲストで来ていた
10キロポイント、まだまだ余裕
日本一の富士山、とても綺麗だ(FG)
21キロの折り返し、あと半分、表情がだんだん苦しくなって来た
30キロポイント、ここまで来るのには、二ヶ所給水食事ポイントが有ったが、品切れで貰えなかった
さすがに、心が折れた
結構高低差があったのと気温が暑くなり、脱水症状になりかけ、それとふくらはぎが痙攣し始めた
やっと残り1キロ、35キロポイントで、時間制限のクビキリ、のこり10分前で通過
でも一緒に参加したKちゃんが気になる
折り返しポイント越えて、彼女とすれ違ったが、ギリギリぐらいの所
残念な事に、あと少しと言う所で彼女は切られた😥
ゴールが見えて来た、まるで天国の様だ
制限時間10分前の、6時間50分でゴール
思わず
(FG) と叫んでしまった
綺麗な駿河湾と夕日、私ノリノリを祝してくれている用だ
今思えば、一年半前に、130キロもあった体、まさかフルマラソンなんて走れるなんて予想にもしなかった、家族の心配もあって、ダイエット治療のスリーブ手術を受けた
まさか55キロも健康的に痩せるなんて、ただ痩せるのでは無く、せっかく健康的な体を頂いたので、今まで出来なかった事をしたいと思った
それはFGプロジェクトと、このフルマラソンだ、お陰さまで私ノリノリの目標であったこの二つは、形に出来た
今年で私ノリノリは40歳、常に有言実行をやり遂げ、事前報告では無く、事後報告出来る人間を目指したいと思います
さぁーこれからFGプロジェクトをもっともっと、盛り上げ皆で素晴らしい物にしたい、それと次の目標探しをしたいと思います
本当に皆さん、沢山の応援ありがとうございました

マラソンまであと一週間. One week till the marathon
とうとうマラソンまであと一週間になりました
One week till the marathon.
先週一緒に走るキミチャンがゼッケンを持って来てくれた
だんだんモチベーションが上がる
何と言ったてフル(42.195キロ)、もちろん始めて不安だ
今年に入って、ジムに通い、トレーニングはしてきたが自信が無い
Kimi-chan who will be running with me brought the number plate for me last week.
My tension is getting high.
It's going to be a full marathon which I never experienced before.
I started to work out from beginning of this year, but I am so nervous.
とにかく走る事に、いつもならジムでランニングマシーンで走るのだが、実戦に合わせて町中で走る
私ノリノリのお店まで約5キロ、往復で10キロ
I can't be chickened out so I decided to run.
Usually I run at gym with the running machine, but today, I run the neighborhood like real.
Till my shop is about 5 kilometer, back and force is 10 kilometer.
とりあえずノーストップでお店まで着いた、26分そこそこいい感じ
I could run till my shop 26minutes, not bad.
お店でダカラを飲み水分補給、そのまま続けて戻りのハーフ
I had refreshment at my place and back to running.
帰りは、登り坂があったので、30分でもノーストップ
約10キロ1時間以内ならいい感じだ、本番は7時間、ペース配分がうまくいけば頑張れそうだ
今週半ばもう一度走りこみ、本番当日に体を作ります
It took 30 minutes for return, because of hills to climb.
1hour for 10 kilometer is not bad for me and there will be a time limit for 7 hours. So if I can be good with time sharing, I think I can do it.
During this week, I will run for 10kilometers once again and prepare for the day.

クリスマスイルミネーション. Christmas Illumination
だんだん寒くなり、テレビを見ていたら色んな所ででクリスマスイルミネーションの点灯式を見るようになって来た
そこでFGスタイル展示場にクリスマスイルミネーションを飾る事に

マストを立てれば、5メーター位の高さに、それに電球でクリスマスイルミネーションを
I got a dinghy from Furuya our FG marine and float this on FG pool.
I would be about 5 meters high with the mast is installed and put lightings.
昼間に飾ってもあまり感じがわからない、そこで私ノリノリの友人のノブ君に電話して金曜日の夜に手伝ってもらえないかと
さすが頼れる友人、ノータイムでイイよと(ありがたい)
It would be hard to install the lightings when it's not dark. So I asked my best friend Nobu-kun to help me Friday night.
He is so nice, he answered yes no time.
高いので、ヨットを倒して電球を、ヨットの帆の形に飾り付ける
全部で800球
Since it's so high, I folded the dinghy sideway to put lights shaped like sail.
I used 800 lights.
さすがに重いので、クレーンで持ち上げてプールに浮かべます
I used crane to lift up.

12時過ぎまでかかりました、これからもっと電球を飾って素晴らしいFGスタイル展示場を作り上げます、お楽しみに

ゴルフ パターとケージ. Golf patting and cage
先日の事だが、FGスタイルの展示場に新たな人工芝を、新東サービスさんが展示してくれた
今度の芝は、ゴルフのパッティング専用の芝だ
It's about last week, Shintou Service put new turf at FG style.
It's not only the normal turf, this time is the new golf putting turf.
さすが人工芝の専門店、たった一日でこんなに広いパッティングの芝を綺麗に施工した
They are the specialist of the turf, they installed this much turf with only one day!
さらに、そのとなりにゴルフの打ちっぱなしのケージも作り上げた
そう、ここは色んな異業種の複合展示場になっている
FGスタイル展示場に来れば、今まで全く知らなかった商品に出会う事が出来たり、以外な出会いがある場所になっている

暖炉が来た. The fireplace is here
先日の事だが、FGプロジェクトサブリーダーの堀内君と一緒に三重県桑名市のグランビル展示場に、槇暖炉を取りに行って来た
About last week, I went to Kuwana Mie with Mr.Horiuchi to see fireplace at Granvile.
グランビル社長の長谷川さん、早速槇暖炉を囲んで、色々話を聞くことに
CEO Mr.Hasegawa. He took us to one of his show room and had a talk in front of the fireplace.
ここは、グランビルさんの本社と槇暖炉の展示場を兼ねた喫茶店メープルトリー
実際暖炉の前で、コーヒーを飲みながら話を聞いた
いやぁー実にイイ(FG)体の芯から暖まる

I had a cup of coffee in front of the fireplace.

すると、ちょうどランチタイムになり、ランチをご馳走になることに
槇暖炉のクックストーブで煮込んだハヤシライス
Time was about the lunch time and Mr.Hasegawa treated us lunch.
This is Hayashi Rice cooked by the stove.
もちろん、暖炉の前で頂く(FG)
お店の雰囲気も良く、長谷川社長の槇暖炉のに対する熱い思いを聞かせて頂いた(暖炉だけに)
東北地方の震災のせいか、今年は空前の暖炉ブームだそうだ
実際に長谷川社長さんも、沢山の暖炉を被災地に寄付したそうだ(暖かい話、暖炉だけに)

The cafe is so nice and Mr.Hasegawa talked about his feeling toward the fireplace and the stove.
Since of the earthquake in Touhoku, the sales of the stove is now very good and people are paying attention toward the stoves.
Mr.Hasegawa himself donated a lot of stoves to Touhoku area.

イギリスESSE社製の槇暖炉、クックストーブ機能も付いて、持ち運びも出来る優れ物だ
まだ決定では無いが、FGスタイル展示場で槇暖炉でも囲んでカフェでもやってみたい、お楽しみに
