yesterday was such a refreshing and exciting day to me! my wife and i went to utl to take miles' kundalini yoga + numerology workshop. since it was the frist time for me to take yoga session (actually, first time to take official exercise involving physical + mental exercises), i was kind of nervous but it turned out pretty exciting and interesting. i felt relieved after the workshop (the only concern would be muscle ache.....). i also learned a bit about numerology; i could briefly get to know what part is strong and what part needs to be challenged. anyway, thank you very much to miles, hitomi-san and all the utl people for having me a chance to be in the workshop!
昨日は自分にとってとてもリフレッシュでき、刺激的な一日でした！ うちの奥さんと一緒にutlで開催されたマイルズのクンダリーニ・ヨガ＋数秘術のワークショップを受けに行ってきたんですよ。ヨガのセッション（と言うか身体的且つ精神的なエクササイズを行う正式なセッション）を受けるのは初めてだったんでちょっとナーバスな部分もあったんですが、とても刺激的で興味深いものとなりました。ワークショップが終わった頃には何かスッキリした感じになりました（唯一の懸念と言えば、筋肉痛でしょうか・・・）。また、数秘術というものについても自分の強い部分、チャレンジしていかなければならない部分が分かるなど、少しだけ学ぶことができました。マイルズやヒトミさんをはじめ、utlの皆さん、ワークショップ参加の機会をいただきまして本当に有難うございました！
after the workshop, we moved to cafe lolita, which is across the street, to have a free lecture for the lifestream field generator. my wife did the consecutive interpretation, and i was pretty amazed with her ability; even though she didn't take any notes, she remembered and interpreted really well, and it's pretty easy to follow. needless to say that i was also amazed with miles' skill and vitality. anyway, cafe was filled with people but i was glad that most of the had the chances to experience a bit of lifestream.
ワークショップの後は向かい側にあるカフェ・ロリータに移動し、ライフストリーム・フィールド・ジェネレーターのフリー・レクチャー。うちの奥さんが逐次通訳をやったんですが、メモも何もとっていないのにしっかりと覚えて通訳しており、しかも分かりやすい言葉遣いだったので、さすが！と思ってしまいました。言うまでもありませんが、マイルズの技術とバイタリティーも凄いと改めて感じました。で、カフェは人で溢れかえっていたんですが、ほとんどの人がライフストリームを体験することができたので良かったと思います。

after the lecture, miles, gary, marshall and i headed to shinjuku to have dinner together. we went to daian, and there was a line but luckly we could sit soon. the food was delicious, and it was a very fun dinner. then we went another place to have some coffe and dessert. we first went to mochi cream but they were closed, so we headed to krspy kream.
レクチャーの後、マイルズとゲイリー、マーシャル、僕の4人でディナーを食べに新宿へ。大庵に行ったんですが、列ができていたもののすぐに座ることができてラッキー。料理も美味しく、とても楽しいディナーに。その後、珈琲＋デザートということでモチクリームに行くも既に閉店。と言うわけで、クリスピー・クリーム・ドーナッツへ。
again, there was a 35min line outside (even though it was after 9 o'clock) but those who would like to buy dozen boxes could get in soon, so we decided to have one. needless to say, we were all excited to take pics :)
（夜の9時過ぎにもかかわらず）ここでもまたもや外に35分待ちの列ができていたんですが、ダズン・ボックス購入の人はすぐに入れるということでボックス購入を決めて店内へ。みんな、写真撮影に夢中だったのは言うまでもありませんね（笑）。

i will go to utl again today to support miles' lifestream session. hopefully, i too will be able to get his lifestream treatment if time allows.
今日もマイルズのライフストリーム・セッションのサポートでutlに行きます。時間があれば、マイルスからライフストリームの施術を受けられればいいんですが。
