Turkish coffee
トルコ コーヒー（1杯分）
材料
細かく挽いたコーヒー/小匙山盛り1杯
水/デミタスカップ（フィンジャン）1杯分
砂糖/好みで
手順
1.イブリック（ジェズベ）に分量の水をいれ、コーヒーの粉をその水の上に落とします。
（砂糖を入れたい場合はこの時点で好みの量いれます。）
2.中火でゆっくりと沸かします。途中で粉が全体にまわるようにかき混ぜます。
3.混ぜて細かい泡ができたら、その泡だけをデミタスカップ（フィンジャン）に注ぎます。
4.吹きこぼれる寸前まで加熱して、残りをカップに注ぎます。
※泡が大事らしいです。
ドライ フィグ
材料
乾燥イチジク/適量
胡桃/適量
手順
1.包丁か手でイチジクに切れ目あるいは割れ目を作ります。
2.適当な大きさの胡桃を割らずに、先ほどのイチジクにねじ込みます。

「Kinky Boots」
お祝いメールをしそびれてしまいましたが、
あとで送っておこうかな。
ミュージカルといえば、画期的な手法を取り入れて映画化された
おなじみヴィクトル・ユーゴー（Victor-Marie Hugo）の「Les Misérables」
