「秋田県横手産ホップのジントニック」
少し前に生ホップを使ったマルガリータをやりましたが、
これは乾燥ホップを漬け込んだジンで作るジントニック。
程よい苦みと華やかな味わいを楽しめるジントニックです。
秋田県横手市のホップ農家さんのご好意で、ビール用には収穫しない、苗用のツルにに実ったホップを分けてもらいました。
国産ホップというと岩手・遠野のイメージが強いかもしれませんが、横手市はホップ生産量日本一！
去年から、ホップ農家、横手市、ホップの卸先キリン、横手市民有志で、ホップで地域活性化をしようと色々なプロジェクトが始まっています。

Hace un tiempo hice un Margarita con lúpulos crudos,
Este es un gin tonic hecho con jin jel secado.
Es un gin tonic que puede disfrutar de un amargor modesto y un delicioso sabor.
En honor a los agricultores de lúpulo en Yokote, prefectura de Akita, pedimos que la grulla de plántulas, que no cosecha cerveza, separe los lúpulos que se producen en realidad.
Aunque la imagen de Iwate / Tono puede ser fuerte al decir salto doméstico, Yokote-shi es el volumen de producción de lúpulo más grande de Japón.
Desde el año pasado, diversos proyectos se han iniciado para impulsar la revitalización de la comunidad por los agricultores de lúpulo, Yokote-shi, Kirin al por mayor de Hop, voluntarios ciudadanos de Yokote, con saltos.

「黒豆ラムのダイキリ」
京都研修の時に買ってきた黒豆茶。
黒豆茶は黒豆を乾燥させただけの物なのでインフュージョンにはもってこいだし、砕いて一緒にシェイクしても面白い。
と言ったわけでこれは乾燥黒豆を漬け込んだラムで作るダイキリ。
さて、店の近所のビルが壊されていたので何ができるのかと思っていたらやっぱり駐車場だった。
次のビルの建設の予定ができるまでとりあえず駐車場
→需要が高い、リスクが少ない、儲かる
→結果ずっと駐車場
→そしてどんどん増えていく駐車場
ビルの老朽化もあって関内ではそんな光景が増加しているわけで。
役所の跡地が駐車場になったら本当に痛いなー。
