スプマンテカクテル、グラスのスプマンテは本日で終了。

その他も無くなり次第終了の物多々あります。

今日はラングドックのピノノワールの面白いものがイレギュラーで数杯出せます。

飲食業オーナーの会

昨日は今年で５回目になる年に一度の飲食業オーナーの会。

参加していただいた皆様ありがとうございました。

参加できなかった方、来年宜しくお願い致します。

今年のババ抜き敗者は

初参加なのに２度も負けた大滝氏と

スロヴァキアから帰って来たばかりで疲れているうえに負けた鹿山君。

お二人ともごちそうさまでした！！

ちなみに５年間無敗の小山さん。

来年は総動員して潰したいと思います。

ついでですが、明日１９日は第3水曜日なので当店お休みです。宜しくお願い致します

Yesterday was the fifth annual meeting of food and beverage owner once a year this year.

Ayer fue la quinta reunión anual del propietario de alimentos y bebidas una vez al año este año.

サンテロ ピノシャルドネ

「サンテロ ピノシャルドネ」

今期のメニューには初めての２種のスプマンテカクテルを載せたわけですが、そのベースに使うスプマンテがこちら。

ピノビアンコとシャルドネを50％ずつ使用し、爽やかで、ドライ過ぎないやわらかな果実味が楽しめるスプマンテです。

サンテロはピエモンテを拠点にしている大手のスパークリングメーカー。

レモンジェラートとウオッカと合わせた「スグロッピーノ」、ネグローニのジンをスプマンテに変えた「ネグローニズバリアート」を提供したいがために入れたものですが、勿論グラス売りもやっています。

先日来店されたフランスのお客様達はとても聞き取りやすい丁寧な英語を話すジェントルな方々だったのですが、フランスワインの話を始めると途端に饒舌になり、全く聴き取れなくなりました(笑)

何言ってんだかわからなかったけどそういう人は好きだなぁと思いました。

"Santero Pinot Chardonnay"

This is the first time I put two Spumante cocktails on the menu, but Spumante to use for that base is here.

It is Spumante with 50% of Pinobianco and Chardonnay, enjoying fresh and soft fruit not too dry.

Santero is a leading sparkling maker based in Piedmont.

"Sgroppino" combined with lemon gelato and vodka, "Negroni  Sbagliato" which changed Negrooni's gin to Spumanto, but it is of course also selling glasses.

French guests who came to the store the other day were very gentle English speaking people who are easy to hear, but as soon as I started talking about French wine, I became talkative and I could not hear it at all (lol)

I did not know what he was saying but I thought that he liked those people.

"Santero Pinot Chardonnay"

Esta es la primera vez que pongo dos cócteles Spumante en el menú, pero Spumante para usar para esa base está aquí.

Es Spumante con 50% de Pinobianco y Chardonnay, disfrutando de fruta fresca y suave no muy seca.

Santero es un destacado fabricante de espumosos con sede en Piamonte.

"Sgroppino" combinado con helado de limón y vodka, "Negroni Sbagliato" que cambió la ginebra de Negrooni a Spumanto, pero por supuesto también vende gafas.

Los invitados franceses que vinieron a la tienda el otro día eran personas muy amables de habla inglesa que son fáciles de escuchar, pero tan pronto como comencé a hablar sobre el vino francés, me volví locuaz y no pude escucharlo en absoluto (lol)

No sabía lo que estaba diciendo, pero pensé que le gustaban esas personas.

今日出勤中に見た方は真っ赤なＴシャツに

流石に意味わからないことはないよなぁと思いつつ、

きっとプレスリーが好きなんだと言い聞かせたらなんだか

ほっこりしてきたので本日も仕事を頑張りたいと思います。

本日は一日雨。

と書いても天気予報に裏切られっぱなしだから正直よくわからず。

月見酒、雪見酒っていうのは聞くけど雨見酒ってのは聞いたことはない。

実家の頃は瓦屋根に雨が当たる音を聞きながら寝るのが好きだった。

今では「花火音聞き仕事」をするのが夏の習慣である(笑)
