This is the final article about "NUMBER SHOT" . I will show you the beverages and my best choice in the food menu.
チュウハイ・日本酒・焼酎は”九州”にちなんで”９種”ずつ九州各地のものを取り入れてセレクトされています。
They prepare Chu-hai, Japanese Sake, and Shouchu 9 kinds each. Because "9 kinds" in Japanese pronounces similar to "KYUSHU" which is the main theme of the restaurant.
中でもおすすめしたいのが「NUMBER SHOTチューハイ （¥600）」写真右。
季節のフルーツが丸ごとグラスに詰まっています。3月までは”あまおう”の予定とか、このあと何が入るのか楽しみになります。
左は「八女茶ハイ （¥490）」です！
I will strongly recommend "NUMBER SHOT" Chu-hai. The seasonal fruits are filled in the glass. "AMAOU", the Fukuoka's Best strawberry, is selected for the monthly fruit in March.
日本酒のセレクト９種は
福岡 喜多屋 大吟醸 極醸、喜多屋 純米吟醸 有馬、福岡 繁枡 大吟醸50、
福岡 庭の鶯 辛口純米酒、福岡 三井の寿 純米吟醸、福岡 玉出泉 TAMA 純米、
佐賀 鍋島 純米吟醸、佐賀 東一 山田錦 純米、長崎 横山五十 純米大吟醸
と銘酒がそろっています。60mlで各¥300,喜多屋 大吟醸 極醸は¥600。
特に「喜多屋 大吟醸 極醸」はIWC 2013 日本酒部門 583銘柄での最優秀賞 第1位のチャンピオン・サケ を受賞した場合によっては予約待ちにもなる”銘酒中の名酒”です。

Especially DaiGinjyo-Gokujyo-Kitaya was awarded the 1st Place Champion sake at the IWC 2013 in London against 583 other Japanese sake products.

次に焼酎のセレクト９種は

米焼酎 熊本 豊永蔵
芋焼酎 宮崎 黒霧島、福岡 博多小女郎 大亀、鹿児島 ぷう、
鹿児島 みとら、鹿児島 海、鹿児島 つん
となっています。
For the Shouchu, Barley Shouchu, Rice Shouchu, and Sweet Potato Shouchu are lined up. Please enjoy them in your favorite style such as with ice, Hot Water, or other softdrinks.
日本酒、焼酎ともにセレクトの変更があると思われます！

ワインも豊富に低価格帯から豊富に揃っており、福岡市と姉妹都市３５周年になるボルドーのBIOワインが中心。安心して飲めるワインって嬉しいですね。某大手居酒屋チェーンの飲み放題ワインなんか口にしてしまうとすぐに頭が痛くなった経験ありますよね！！グラスシャンパンもオンメニューしてるので少人数でお祝いの乾杯にどうぞ。
Those wines are mostly from Bordaeaux, France, one of the friendship city of Fukuoka. And almost all of them are" 0rganic" products.
最後に、これはぜひという一皿を発見、博多明太玉子の豚肉巻きは佐賀の金星豚でロールして炭火で炙り焼きにするので、チャコールの香ばしさと豚肉のカリカリ感が明太玉子によくあいます。これは初めてでした。丸秀チェーン店でも人気だそうです。
At last, I will show you my favorite food in the menu at the moment. Please try "Rolled Pork with Egg and Hakata Mentai Broiled over Charcoal". I have not met such so delicious Taste and Flavor before. You will never see it at other restaurants and bars.
