The air mail has arrived yesterday (June18).

It's a race guide and cource guide.
I feel UTMB draws to close when I looked them.
After looking through the guide, I got excited emotionally.
It is 73 days before UTMB.
I have only 10 weekends.
What should I do for the training?
I do exercises repeatedly something to keep moving long-long time.
LSD(Long Slow Distance), trekking, trail-running, and so on.
It's important to develop physical endurance.
And then, I 'll run around the foot of Mt. Mont-Blanc in this summer!
